Dr. Herron was professional and thorough and very soft spoken which is so important for my daughter who suffers from anxieties. She has seen Dr. Herron for the past 3-4 years and always feels comfortable going to see her.

I've been struggling to find a GYN who would take the time to listen to me and talk about some issues I've been having. My regular gyn was so dismissive and didn't take time to talk options. I went for another opinion elsewhere, who took 4 weeks to look at test results, and then suggested surgery, but never called me to schedule it. So I found Dr Herron, went online and looked for doctors with good reviews, and she came up top. The reviews were spot on, she was engaged, took time to talk the issues through, took time to answer my questions, understood my concerns and made some great recommendations. I was really pleased with how professional and thoughtful she was.

My wait to be called back was 25 minutes & then maybe another 10 before seeing doctor. Not bad at all & much improved over last year. Due to parking and the snow I got there just at my appointment time, I was so upset over this. The staff and Dr. Herron were completely understanding and sympathetic, took me right in. She is has great bedside manner and is such a seeetheart, truly cares about her patients well being.

Dr. Herron is a wonderful patient and caring doctor. She does not rush you and takes the times to answer every question you have. Bedside manner is awesome and she's good with kids if you have to bring them with you like I do!

She is professional, competent and thorough. (She also apologized ahead of time for the Pap smear -- which, as most women know, is not pleasant.) As my new gynecologist, she understood my wanting to establish a baseline for going forward, and arranged for a mammogram and other needed items.
