“I went here today as a new patient and I have honestly not a great experience like this in a Dr's office before. Dr Siu-Han was super nice, listened to everything I said and asked plenty of follow up questions so I knew she was really trying to understand any issues I may have had. The office is set up differently than most Dr's offices, it feels very homey and welcoming as opposed to feeling very hospital like. She took her time talking to me, and was able to do bloodwork right in the office! Her assistant was also great, and it seemed like Dr Siu- Han and her assistant (who's name I unfortunately cannot remember)had a great relationship and were both great listeners and made me feel heard. I also really liked that they have the option to get updated by text message, because when I am working it's impossible to answer my phone at times. I will definitely be going back! So glad I found a great primary care Dr!”

During my visit with her, I felt that her focus was more on establishing her new skincare practice rather than addressing my immediate medical concerns. I presented with pain, and while she did order lab tests, she did not provide any interim treatment or relief. It was only after a week, when she called with my results, that she acknowledged the need for medication, at which point I had already sought treatment at an urgent care facility. Additionally, I found her communication challenging due to her strong accent, which made it difficult to fully understand her explanations regarding my condition and treatment options.

Well I would like to say that if your in pain and haven't had a primary doctor in a while. Don't come here. Since in my eyes she felt like I was making this up and I shouldn't be in this much pain for this long. While I know people whom have had shingles and were in ungodly amount of pain. She may be a great doctor, but I'm sorry. When you start to question patients pain and then say "you shouldn't" well I am. What would you like, for my pain to just disappear. I'd love that! But it hasn't gone away and I'm in major pain. So if you're going to see this doctor. Make sure it's just a check up or something basic. Take care all ????

She examined well ..was a good listener…good communication..great office experience but…she was struggling to find the veins in my arms ..which was not so difficult with the other providers who was till date taking blood from my veins

She was very easy to talk to. She was really attentive to all my concerns. Once she understood my concerns, she walked me through the a plan of treatment. She made sure that she explained in Lehmans terms of what she thought was going on with me and the medication she was going to prescribe. She has an excellent bedside manner.
