The nurse and receptionist were very kind and welcoming. Dr. Gary took consideration for what I was there for. Helped me make a plan to move forward in the process of handling my issue. Because I am a new client with them. He also plans to do a complete work up on blood and a physical to better help me establish myself inside their practice, and to make sure that everything is going well for me. ?

I was the first appointment but had to wait a long time to see the doctor, I told them I had work at 12 and left just before 12 and was late for work. Also he barely addressed the main reason I was there.

The young ladies handling the check-ins and the questions of myself for being a new patient were great. Unfortunately I waited for 1:30mins and was never approached by the doctor. When I walked out of the room and expressed that I was leaving due to the lack of communication and having me wait in a room for that long without contact they said I could be next. All the while as I waited you could hear the doctor getting on virtual appointments even though myself and I’m sure other patients were waiting.
