I was happy to find a provider within my insurance network and scheduled this appointment months in advance as an in-person visit. 2hr+ wait, no update from staff, multiple patients asking to speak with a supervisor. The doctor was not physically present in the office, and was conducting visits virtually. I spent a total of <10 minutes speaking to him through a computer. I did not feel like my concerns or needs were fully addressed. Note to the clinic - it's incredibly unprofessional and downright fraudulent to be billing insurance companies for in-person visits (which they make mandatory for new patients), for what are in fact virtual appointments. I don't intend on following up care here.
Appointment was a complete waste of time and money. I waited a over a month for an appointment just to get there and talk to the doctor through a computer screen. When I told him my concerns and why I thought I may have adhd he asked if I also think I have monkey pox because it’s popular. I feel even worse than I did going in. I’m in disbelief.
This was the absolute worst experience I’ve ever had with a medical professional in my life. He was so disrespectful, I left the appointment crying because of how he treated me. First of all, he refused to listen to what my conditions and symptoms were. I’ve been to many psychiatrists and therapists in the last 10 years, and all have confirmed the same 4 diagnosis, but when I told him what they were, he got angry and told me that none of those were real and that all I had was depression. This was after only 5 minutes so he didn’t even know me enough to decide that. I tried to tell him my symptoms but he didn’t want to hear any of it. I asked if he could prescribe me any medications to help me and he angrily told me “I’m never going to give you any medications”. His ego was so big, he wouldn’t even let me talk, he told me “I’m in charge, I decide what happens to you.” He made me feel so bad about myself and refused to help me. The nurses told me after that he’s made many people cry.

This was my first appointment seeing Dr.Weinstein for a psychiatric evaluation. Upon my arrival, the receptionists were very personable, friendly, down to Earth, professional, and made me feel very comfortable & relieved! (It’s been very difficult to schedule a psych appt. lately..)! Dr. Weinstein was 100% professional, receptive to working with me regarding the specific type of medication I needed, he was friendly, attentive, empathetic, and I left the office EXTREMELY happy, and grateful that I found a professional, welcoming, and positive organization! I definitely rescheduled to return to this place of business & highly recommend it!
Great experience. Thanks
