About Dr. Maria Dolgovina
Dr. Maria Dolgovina is a double Board-Certified Neurologist and Sleep Medicine specialist. She earned her Doctor of Medicine from Ross University School of Medicine and completed her Residency in General Neurology and Fellowship in Sleep Medicine at the State University of New York, Stony Brook.
Dr. Dolgovina covers the entire spectrum of neurological conditions. Her expertise includes variable types of headaches; cognitive issues such as dementia and Attention Deficit Disorder (ADD); musculoskeletal pain; seizure disorders; movement disorders (tremors); and balance problems (vertigo).
She is skilled in innovative diagnostic testing and uses a blend of modern and conservative treatments to achieve outstanding results. Dr. Dolgovina expertly administers Botox injections, trigger point injections, nerve blocks for headaches, joint injections, and carpal tunnel injections. She is among the few neurologists who have implemented the Sphenopalatine Ganglion Block for refractory headaches.
Beyond conventional treatments, her practice specializes in IV therapies to improve chronic pain, fatigue, cognitive function (mental fog), overall health, and longevity. Weight loss therapy and inner beauty infusions (for hair, skin, and nails) are also offered. Treatments include Glutathione, Myers Cocktail, Brain Storm, Inner Beauty, NAD+, Vitamin C, Vitamin D, Coenzyme Q10, Lipo-Mino Mix, and Semaglutide. These IV infusions and IM injections are self-pay and not covered by insurance, but discounts apply for packages of at least five treatments.
Dr. Dolgovina also holds certification from the American Board of Sleep Medicine, specializing in sleep disorders such as obstructive sleep apnea, hypersomnia, narcolepsy, REM behavior disorder, and insomnia. The diagnostic sleep lab is located in Forest Hills, Queens, with three rooms monitored by a highly trained sleep technician.
