I warmly welcome working with individuals and couples struggling with a variety of emotional and relational conflicts. My areas of specialty are the following: trauma (survivors of domestic/sexual abuse, those in ongoing abusive relationships), eating disorders and chronic disease, with particular experience working with patients with Multiple Sclerosis. My practice offers a safe space for patients to come to understand the way they move in the world, providing alternative solutions for dealing with conflict and more constructive ways to manage their anxiety, depression, relational struggles so that their respective lives can feel more open, and with more potential for growth and hope.
