I love Dr. Valeros, she is compassionate, she sees her patients as people and make you feel good about your visit, even if it is not a pleasant visit. The office people are great and welcoming, you never feel like a number!!!

I saw Dr. Valeros back in October and really liked her personality and professionalism; however, those attributes were not reciprocated across all of her staff. Dr. Valeros determined that it would be a good idea for me to get an x-ray for something which I did. She said her staff would be in touch with the results which they never called. Since, I have left 4 messages without a returned phone call. I'm assuming everything is fine, but apparently have to rely on an assumption. For a routine checkup I would recommend Dr. Valeros; however, hopefully you won't have to rely on her staff for followup information.

Being the week of Christmas, I expected the staff to be somewhat frazzled. They were very calm, helpful and welcoming. Dr. Valeros was very professional, very welcoming, and addressed my concerns thoroughly and honestly. I will be recommending her office to my colleagues looking for a physician.

Dr. Valeros and her assistant were friendly and listened to my situation and concerns. Then gave me a course to remedy the problem. I liked her openness and caring attitude. I knew coming back to Dr. Smiths group I would get excellent care.

Don't be put off by the receptionist with the red hair and the passive-aggressive tone who complains how much she dislikes ZocDoc. If you send your forms in ahead of time, insist that she print them instead of making you fill them out again. She is no peach, but she's harmless. And the doctor is worth the hassle. She (Dr.Valeros) and the rest of the staff are pleasant and knowledgeable and they have a lab on the premises. Wait times are usually minimal.

The appointment was because I had some tests done and did not hear anything about the results for 10 days. The Dr wanted the tests done the day of the last appointment, not wait until the next day This made me worried and my wife even more so. Got the test that day and the results were sent back to the doctor early that afternoon. Icalled to see what the results were but could only get a voice mail, so I left a message on what I would say is a less than friendly voice outgoing greeting by the Dr assistant. Left another message the next day because it was a weekend coming up and wanted to find out before the wknd but no call. I did not get a call the entire next week. After waiting over a week, i made an appt just to get the results. The appt was a waste of time because I had to wait an hour for a results that were one sentence long that I should have had the day after the test, not 10 days and an copay later. The doctor is very nice but unfortunateley having a doctor tell you tell you to get a test done ASAP then making you wait for 10 days or more(the results were sent back to the doctor that same day) is not something i care to repeat. And the message on the voicemail states that you will get a call back in 48 hours and not to leave more than one message. I waited much longer for the results. The lack of communication , making us wait that long (and it would have been longer if i did not make an appt)and my wifes anxiety while we waited to hear something are enough that i will be switching doctors. It looks like this was not common but once is enough for us

Dr. Valeros was wonderful! I am new to the area and was looking for a personable, well-informed family doctor, and I definitely found that in her. All of the staff were friendly and helpful; it was a great visit. I highly recommend her!

Dr. Valeros was great while I was at the office. However, I had some tests run and never heard back about the results. It has now been over a month and my condition has worsened and I still don't know if they found anything. I called their office 4-5 times and left a message, and they never called me back.
