The office is very difficult to find. I called the office for help 5 minutes after my appointment time and was told we have a 7 minute late cancellation policy. After reading online this is a common issue.. people struggle to find the office and they enforce this late cancellation policy. I was 2 minutes from the correct door. I have had hundreds of appointments in the last few years between pregnancy and my 4 kids. I have never been treated so cold by an office. According to other reviews, I will be receiving a bill for this which is disgusting.

In my opinion, Alba is the best NP in the State! She takes time to listen to your concerns and will help in any way she can. She is so brilliant, highly educated and has the experience to know what treatment plan is best for you. I recommend Alba to every family member and friends.

I went in there today not knowing what to expect but I was blown away by the staffs attention to detail and affection. They were able to listen to my symptoms and we were able to find a path to move forward with what’s been going on. I can’t recommend Alba more than I already have!! She’s amazing and will definitely treat you with care.

Both doctors I saw today were amazing not only did they listen but made sure to show me empathy care and prompt care right away it’s been awhile since my last PCP I had that show concern and empathy ahe showed importance and care and that made me feel notice and heard!

Provider is personable and warm. She is attentive and makes you feel at ease. I highly recommend as primary care. The office set up is unlike any other office I’ve been to where there are multiple providers in almost a suite style setting with a central front desk. It is note worthy that there is only a 7 min grace period for you apts or you get charged 40 bucks. I was unaware of this and got stuck in rush hour traffic and was not warmly addressed with calling about the 7 min delay. Luckily I made it and they saw me but That is something the front office could be better trained on and something that should be made blatantly aware to pts as most medical facilities are 15 min grace period. Nonetheless the provider is awesome and I will continue to go to her.

Dr. Alba was probably the most incredible doctor I’ve ever been to! She takes the time to get to know you and listens to every little thing. I am excited to have her as my new primary doctor.

Just know if you book - the directions to their building are completely wrong and it is in a massive complex, so you will get lost. I had a new patient appointment and arrived at the parking lot just to find it sent me to the wrong building. I spent five minutes walking the complex looking for where I was supposed to be before the office called me. She was exasperated over the phone when I said I was in the parking lot but unsure where I was going. She gave me new directions and I had to walk across the entire complex. I arrived ten minutes late and was told after waiting for my appointment that they “have a seven minute cancellation policy and need to reschedule my appointment” despite knowing I was on my way. I didn’t reschedule, I’ll just be seeing someone else because it was a ridiculous waste of time.

If you are looking for an amazing and truly caring provider, I highly recommend this office. All of the providers are extremely gifted in helping their patients and go above and beyond to ensure quality care.
