Dr Bollem is my new doctor after my previous doctor (for 30 years), Susan Locke, retired. It will take bit to get her and her nurse up to speed on my conditions and needs.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Bollam . She was so friendly and kind , I lost my wonderful Dr Locke to retirement. So I was apprehensive to have another Dr. Dr. Bollam was so lovely to me and Ilook forward being her patient for a long time.

In my first visit with her, I appreciated the time Dr. Bollam took with me : listening to my concerns, asking relevant questions, expanding on the concerns I had, and clearly explaining the course of treatment and tests that I shouldhave regarding my health situation. Further, as I am completing the lab tests that she has suggested, the office staff is promptly calling me with the next steps she recommends that I pursue following the results that she has received. I feel that my health care is in competent and caring hands.
