She really listened to me and made me feel involved in my care plan. I didn't feel like a file sitting on a desk in the line up. She made me feel comfortable and confident that I chose the right doctor to help me get my health back on track. She's considerate and driven. This is her true calling to be a doctor. When she came up with ideas and asked me how I felt about them and reassured me that if we don't find out the problem this round of tests then we wont give up we'll keep trying....I knew I was in good hands.

Dr Bollam was thorough, smart, timely. Nef was great too. She weighed me, asked some questions and drew my blood. I had no wait on my appointment. Everyone was pleasant. There's a parking lot for your car.

Minimum wait time and very pleasant office staff. The nurse was the absolute best and Dr. Bollam was a joy. She was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was looking for a primary physician and I definitely found one in Dr. Bollam. My only issue was not receiving a summary of my visit when I checked out with the receptionist (as I was told that I would).

Dr. Bollam was so kind and really made a connection with me. I was seen quickly and she really paid attention to my concerns and left it up to me to choose any procedures, shots, or future visit options without any pressure or push. She felt like a regular person who cares rather than a doctor who’s just doing their job. Also, her nurses are so kind and friendly, they have great conversation. I was skeptical to go to a new doctor because of past negative experiences but this visit made me feel comforted.

First visit. Being a registered nurse, I am very particular about the physicians that I see. All of the office staff were friendly and personable. Dr. Bollam was very pleasant and took the time to listen. I did not feel rushed. She asked me two questions that stood out — after making her recommendations, she asked if there was anything else I wanted to know or thought I should have done and she also asked how much sleep I get every night. I feel like the question of sleep gets overlooked very often yet sleep is so critical to all aspects of our health. I am very pleased thus far.

Dr. Bollam was fine, but was not well rehearsed in what insurance would cover. I went in and asked 3-4 times if something we were doing was covered by insurance, and she said it would be coded under “wellness”, yet I got a bill for “diagnosis”. Also, they didn’t even run a test that would have been a diagnosis. Not happy with Loyola as a whole and the lack of knowledge of basic insurance questions for a wellness check.

I’m very satisfied with my first appointment. All the staff members were pleasant and respectful. Dr Bollam is so kind and patient. She is very thoughtful and thorough. I have had many not so great doctor experiences, but this was not the case. Dr. Bollam treated me with dignity and respect. Her bedside manner is excellent. Look forward to actually having a primary doc.

This was my first visit in this office and with Dr. Bollam. The office was very clean and all staff, including the receptionist and the nurse were very friendly and professional. Dr. Bollam was wonderful, had a positive attitude throughout the visit, explained everything that she was doing and the blood work she ordered, and was also very reassuring. Since I changed my PCP, the office staff also took care of requesting my medical records from my previous doctor with my authorization.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Bollam. I hope that I am able to have her as my doc for many years to come. She is a wonderful doctor but is also an amazing gentle person. She explains things & also tries to work with you through any problems or concerns you may have. Her staff is great as well!

Dr Bollem is my new doctor after my previous doctor (for 30 years), Susan Locke, retired.
It will take bit to get her and her nurse up to speed on my conditions and needs.

It was my first time meeting Dr. Bollam . She was so friendly and kind , I lost my wonderful Dr Locke to retirement. So I was apprehensive to have another Dr. Dr. Bollam was so lovely to me and I look forward being her patient for a long time.

Dr. Bollam is very personable.. I liked her upon first meeting and thought she was easy to talk to and listened to my health concerns.
She adjusted my medication and will definitely continue seeing her as my primary doctor.

In my first visit with her, I appreciated the time Dr. Bollam took with me : listening to my concerns, asking relevant questions, expanding on the concerns I had, and clearly explaining the course of treatment and tests that I should have regarding my health situation. Further, as I am completing the lab tests that she has suggested, the office staff is promptly calling me with the next steps she recommends that I pursue following the results that she has received.
I feel that my health care is in competent and caring hands.
