Dr.Balboa was very nice, thorough ,knowledgable and even had a great sense of humor. Unfortunately his office staff was not very good. They were not knowledgable and I had challenges booking additional appointments. One nice thing about the office is they are also affiliated with urgent care office so if you can't see him you can go to that office which takes walk ins. But it took 3 phone calls to find that out. Ultimately I had to change primary care physician because of the issue I had with the office staff. Another important note is they tell you NOT to book on Zoc Doc even though they have a advertisement in their waiting room.

I really liked my visit to Dr Balboa's office. He was very attentive and helpful. I felt like he explored all the relevant points and even went further to make sure I stayed in good health. One week after and I'm feeling much better.

I was very pleased and relived that I was able to get a same-day appointment as a new patient. Dr. Balboa and his staff are very competent and courteous. I don't get sick often and I really appreciate the great care they gave me when I was sick.
