Scott Davis was an incredibly informative and supportive dietitian who provided me with a variety of ways to enjoy a healthier diet. His guidance helped me gain a deeper understanding of nutrition and how to make sustainable choices. One of the most valuable lessons I learned from him was the importance of accountability—he encouraged me to write down my goals and create SMART goals (Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, and Time-bound) to stay on track.
Beyond his knowledge, Scott’s patience and welcoming approach made the entire experience enjoyable and motivating. He took the time to explain things in a way that was easy to understand and ensured that I felt comfortable making changes to my diet. Thanks to his guidance, I feel more confident in my ability to make healthier choices and maintain a balanced lifestyle.

I decided to become a registered dietitian because I enjoy working with people to achieve their goals and improve their quality of life. I’m passionate about helping patients with diabetes optimize their glucose management and increase their understanding of their disease state.
I have been a dietitian since 2015 and have worked in a wide variety of settings, from skilled nursing facilities to hospitals to outpatient clinics, helping patients address a variety of health concerns through nutrition education and counseling. I earned my Master’s in Nutrition Science from Texas Woman's University, which has further equipped me to provide comprehensive care to my patients.
