Everyone hurts somehow. I am happily dedicated to helping others live better. Compassion and kindness, easily forgotten as we hurry through life, are essential in my healthcare practice.
In your opinion, what should be the role of a primary care provider for a patient, taking into account both physical health and behavioral health needs?
Vital signs such as blood pressure, height/weight, and temperature do not tell the whole story. A person's mental and emotional health must be part of the big picture in order to maintain or improve overall health.
Tell us a little bit about yourself. What do you like to do in your spare time?
I enjoy exercising at home and karaoking with family and friends on the weekends. But reading and praying is where I find peace.

Dr. Gonzalez was so easy to talk to, and he listened to all my concerns. I went in to refill my acne medication, and we discussed what treatment plans I wanted/needed. He asked specific questions about my past treatment plans and current concerns. I’ve had bad experiences with derm appointments where I felt the provider was judging me or patronizing, but this was not the case with Dr. Gonzalez! He was very understanding and respectful.

Do not book with this doctor he does circle medicine which is not helpful unresponsive. They prescribe me medication that I can only get at one specific pharmacy who doesn’t have it it’s a small mom and pot pharmacy. I can’t even use a national brand pharmacy. It took me over two weeks to even get my medication. Then when I did get my medication, the pharmacy wouldn’t release it to me because they need an authorization from my doctor. Needless to say I’ve been dying to have my medical needs met and this doctor and their facility does not help. I urge you to stay away from this doctor and their medical practice as it is literally the worst and the biggest headache I’ve ever experienced

Multiple communication issues caused wasted time and frustration. Dr. Gonzalez ordered labs for me but failed to tell me that I needed to go in for the blood draw before 8am, so when I got to the lab for my appt at 2pm I was turned away. When I finally got my labs completed I got a message from him to schedule a follow-up to review them. When my appointment time came he told me they hadn’t received the labs yet… Get it together!
