More about Dr. George Graf, MD

Advanced Pain Treatment realizes that though there are many similarities in cases, one procedure doesn’t fit all. We have tailored several programs that we will apply to your particular situation. All these programs take place in a safe environment. During our Pre-Procedure process our counselors and doctors will help guide your choice. Treatment Options: Ultra Rapid Detox - OADUA (also called Opioid Antagonist Detoxification under Anesthesia) - Drug withdrawal occurs while you are asleep under general anesthesia. Through the use of opiate blockers, your detox is achieved within 4 to 8 hours. Requires in hospital stay. Outpatient Detoxification (Buprenorphine) - Advantage of this form of treatment is the morphine-like effects of buprenorphine will suppress the physical signs and symptoms of withdrawal but, as a partial agonist, only limited withdrawal signs and symptoms are experienced when buprenorphine is withdrawn. This is an Outpatient Procedure. Custom Programs – Should your addiction fall outside the success rates of our more standard treatment regimens, we can tailor a detoxification program to your needs. These programs may take the form of a medical taper, where we gradually reduce your use of opiates or other addictive substances through a slow reduction of medication.
