From a young age Dr. Noumi knew he would follow in his father’s footsteps, leading him into the field of Obstetrics and Gynecology. His long-standing affinity for medicine brought him to Damascus University, where he earned his medical degree. He then completed an intensive four-year residency and served as Chief Resident at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY, the very hospital in which he was born.
Dr. Noumi is Board Certified and a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology. He has published research articles in peer reviewed journals and has presented nationally. He serves as a mentor and preceptor for medical students and residents and has received multiple awards for his aptitude in teaching as well as his clinical and surgical skills. He is highly regarded by his patients and colleges.
It is Dr. Noumi’s goal to provide all of his patients with individualized care, adhering to the most current practice guidelines. He believes that excellent patient care should always be combined with a compassionate and empathetic approach. To this end, he treats all of his patients with the respect and kindness he would want for his own family.

The receptionist was very attentive and the nurse was very knowledgeable and helpful. The Dr. George Noumi was easy going, gentle and very respectful. He took the time to ask questions and allowed me to ask mine. My visit lasted 40 min total! I did not feel rushed or ignored.

I am not really sure yet. I am very picky, which does not help, but both visits so far have put me in a foul mood before I saw the doc. So a review currently may not be fair to him. I liked him better than I expected today. the way the business is run is a little infuriating, but the doctor did a great job tolerating my endless questions (despite my antagonistic and slightly condescending manner). Once he realized what an argumentative person I am, he really did make the effort to provide the level of detail and information I demanded. Still too soon to tell how I feel about him as my obstetrician, but I'm a hard sell.

It was the worse experience I've ever had. Lady at the front desc were asking me questions which was not in her competency.
Doctor was not competent at all. He has no knowledge in examine and treating patients. I wouldn't recommend this " doctor" to anyone.

Dr. Noumi was great. He was professional and the nurses and front desk secretary were great. The only downside was that he needed to take an emergency call while I was already undressed and waiting and that took at least 15 minutes. But I would definitely come back!

Great doctor! He gives you a chance to ask all the questions you have and answers to the best of his ability. His staff is also very nice and welcoming. They all make you feel so comfortable. All I can say is wow! still can't believe I saw the doctor so fast. Keep it up Dr. Noumi and staff. You all are doing a wonderful job.

Dr. Noumi is very professional and friendly. His staff were also wonderful! This was my first time seeing an OB-GYN as well as my first time visiting his office and even as a new patient, I was in and out within an hour! The office is clean and welcoming and offered a variety of language services. Great experience!
