I was suffering fever since past 5 days when I visited, the assistant informed me that the Dr will do Covid and Flu tests. These tests were present in the medical room but Dr refused and told me to go to any lab for the test. She told me it is viral infection and it will go away. I suffered the fever for 5 more days with severe fever and extreme painful red rashes after the visit. I was expecting some serious diagnosis but the Dr quickly wrapped up the appointment. I had to go to another Doctor urgently to diagnose the issue. Other Doctor did all the test and found some other bacterial infection and prescribed antibiotics. I had to suffer the whole weekend because of this fever.
Definitely would not recommend if you’re seriously ill

I made an appointment for the first available timeslot which is 3:55 PM. I missed a call from a number I did not know about two hours before, but they did not leave a message. About 30 minutes before my appointment. I logged onto Zoc Doc to see if there was any link for things that I needed to fill out before hand And it had the number of the providers office and I realized it was the number of the missed call. I tried to call the number several times no answer and no voicemail. Five minutes prior to the appointment starting I received an email from a company called Q well saying my appointment had been successfully canceled. I did not cancel my appointment. I showed up for my appointment and had I not shown up for my appointment. I’m pretty sure there would have been a fee so I think it’s really unprofessional that they didn’t leave a message if there was an issue. Red flag for me. I would not reschedule with this provider.

Update:
Months later I am still getting emails and texts claiming that I owe a balance. The office continues to state that the billing department is backed up, and I continue to get automated messages showing a balance even though I paid same day in office.
Original review:
Staff needs training on basic patient service - just a few pointers: open the door for the patient, don't just say right through there and ask the patient to close the door behind them; front desk specifically should be pleasant and clear about next steps; billing dept never follows up; front desk should offer a receipt, why do I need to ask? The doctor had really great beside manner, but didn't solve my issue and I had to go to a different doctor a few weeks later for the same thing. The second opinion I got disagreed with what this doctor prescribed. Overall, the staff feels "young" in their line of work and the doctor didn't help with my concern, so wouldn't recommend and won't return.

Walked away very disappointed. My visit was no longer than 10 minutes. It seemed as if i was barely able to hold their attention. Their evaluation was far from thorough. I'll be seeking another doctor.

I had a great experience speaking with Dr. Sequeira. She is kind and empathetic, but also extremely knowledgeable, detail-oriented and thorough. She discussed viable methods of treatments for me and was very helpful and supportive in answering my questions. I would highly recommend Dr. Sequeira.

It was very quick and efficient and she was extremely kind! We started a little earlier than the actual time which worked so well for me because I was a little anxious waiting all day to be able to join the call but when I did all the nerves went away.

Number 1 they do not answer the phone at any time of the day. I had my scans faxed over to them and tried to call to verify if they received it they would answer the phone and hanging up. I let the doctor know I did sent it over she said I LIED her words. She said I should have called to verify… after I told her know one answers the phone. So she said sorry I can’t help you. Never acknowledging that her staff was not answering the phones. She then called me back and apologized that she couldn’t help. However she only did that because she did not want me to do a bad review. I will be reporting her because she’s just getting over on patients for the insurance.
