His front office staff is very welcoming and doesn't make you feel like a "patient". His nurse is very easy to talk too and understanding as well. The doctor is very straight forward and understands your problems. All in all, I feel more like family, than just a patient, @ Highland Family Practice and I plan on coming for many more years.
