My goal as a primary care physician is to provide evidence-based, holistic care to help my patients stay as healthy as possible for as long as possible. I strongly believe in lifestyle changes as the primary means for optimizing health, with medications used as an adjunct when medically indicated. I hope to empower my patients to become the best versions of themselves and look forward to developing long-term, trusting patient-physician relationships. I earned my Doctor of Medicine from Texas A&M University, completed my internship and residency in Internal Medicine at Houston Methodist Hospital, and hold a bachelor's degree from Duke University.
