Georgia NKilah is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner with over twenty years of experience in health care. She received her Bachelor’s of Science in nursing from Chamberlain College of Nursing and completed her Masters of Science in Nursing at Chamberlain College of Nursing with a concentration in Family nurse practitioner.
She has dedicated years of her career towards providing care to patients in different settings such as home health, Wound Care, hospice as well as serving people with intellectual and developmental disabilities. Her hunger for serving the community also led her to work for Urgent Care as a Covid-19 provider when Covid-19 emerged.
Weight management has always been at the forefront of her practice as it has been a personal struggle of hers over the years and she has come to realize that being overweight has never been a choice coupled with its health complications. It is a struggle, and it takes, empowerment, encouragement, patience, and a hand to assist and guide patients to the road to success. Her Philosophy of Care is creating a therapeutic and non-judgmental environment where healing occurs, and patients thrive to be their best selves.
