Overall very efficient visit. I was given a checkup, diagnosis and prescription all very quickly and was there for maybe only 45 mins. Assuming the diagnosis was correct and the prescription will help, I’m pleased with my experience.

My only problem with my visit was that I was not given any suggestions on how to alleviate my flu symptoms. I was given the flu diagnosis and sent on my way. I mentioned that my cough was painful in my chest and my lungs were not checked out. I went in feeling terrible and left feeling a bit overlooked.

I didn’t enjoy my visit. The doctor was super late to work dropping off her child. I came for my appointment. There was no receptionist but the worker there tried to organize and reassure all currents coming in. She was overwhelmed but managed. Once seeing the doctor I needed a scan and they didn’t have the equipment (ultrasound) . I was sent to an emergency room instead after paying to go here , waiting for a late doctor, to find absolutely nothing during my visit. I would not return

Very good experience with health care providers. Desk person was very friendly, but provided me with a notice from the billing office that they needed my Social Security number! I do not give out my SS number for medical billing - it is no long necessary (Medicare is on a separate #). The staff person was nice about it, but this was awkward.
This is minor, but could whoever posts various notices, please use "spellcheck?"
Various family members use EZ Med and we have always been quite satisfied. Thank you!
