Dr. Ray worked patiently through a mysterious process of fixing a rare problem. There have been several glitches with the aids that needed fixing but she always takes responsibility and works through the problems until they're resolved.
Dr. Ray came highly recommended to me and I do agree with my friends that gave me her name and phone #. She is very professional and she listened to me at all times during my visit.

Dr. Ray is an explainer. She doesn't push one product or one procedure. You get the impression she has high ethics.

Very pleased with her.
Verified patient
She was very personable as well as professional. I am glad my wife, Karen, researched and found Dr. Ray.
Dr. Ray is extremely knowledgeable and personable and her "style" of communication is that of a patient teacher. She never speaks down to me as she explains a concept in several ways until I have a clear understanding, combining visual and verbal learning tools. Gratefully she uses what I assume to be the most current technology yet does not speak only "geek". In financial and warranty matters she is more than reasonable and quite fair, providing services beyond my expectations. My only challenge was that for one appointment I was 10 minutes late and she cancelled the appointment and made me re-schedule yet she does not appear to value my time accordingly for she has yet to start our appointment at scheduled time, she usually is 20 to 30 minutes late. She does, however, acknowledge my presence in the waiting area as she walks from office to office with cell phone in hand and a smile on her face.
