Absolutely an amazing experience. The staff are all very professional, efficient and overall on point. Definitely going to be my PCD from now on.
He was great. Even though there was a misup and the staff thought i was there as a new patient wanting to establish a relationship with De Nunez when i was there just to be treated for the flu. They were great and treated me like a long time patient anyway. The office and Dr Nunez were great. If we buy a winter home here, i will not hesitate to see Dr. Nunez again.
Staff was awesome !!! My first visit was very good and highly recommend!! Dr. Nunez is patient and seems like he cares.
Great dr great staff
Professional manner. Easy to talk with. Listened intently to medical concern and responded with suitable treatment.
On Nov 20, 2017, I filed a complaint against Dr Michael Nunez and Grayhawk Medical Group for their deceptive practices with regard to patients (me), and a possible fraud with respect to their excessive billing of insurance companies (Medicare, BCBS of AZ).
Highly productive; addressed my concerns about foot pain and since he asked if I had anything else on my mind we resolved another issue as well.
Everything went well and very professional.
Very knowledgeable and professional
Everyone was very friendly and listened to my concerns.
My sons were happy, so I was happy. This is a new physician for us...we have been on the hunt for a good one since we moved to the valley 4.5 years ago. Very kind and down to earth doctor, and his medical assistants were very pleasant and never made us feel rushed. They took the time to answer ALL questions or concerns that we had. Aside from being 30 minutes from home, this was a win-win appointment for us. Considering we wouldn't have to do that drive everyday, this will be our go-to physician for family practice.
Every one was very cheerful and helpful. Dr. Nunez was a great listener and I believe we will have a very good Doctor/Patient relationship.
It was a good experience and I am glad to have him as my Dr. Dr. Nunez took the time to explain my issues and we were going to tackle them.
Excellent! Very pleasent, informative and attentive. Did a thorough exam And put a plan of action together. I was very satisfied with his plan. Look forward to having him as my GP.
He is a very empathetic and knowledgeable Doctor! What I like most is that he listens and comes up with solutions
Very professional and thorough.
Always a pleasure to see the Dr. He listens, forms an opinion and provides good medical advice.
He does a very good job of listening, understanding and then explaining the situation. He is a very approachable person.
I liked the doctor very much.
Very thorough check up.
I was very disappointed in my appointment I had with Dr. Nunez. I found him very impersonal and uninterested in different concerns I had. I felt as though he rushed through my appointment and I left feeling like this appointment was a waste of time. I will be looking for a different primary care physician.
He and all of his staff were professional, caring and efficient.
Dr. Michael Nunez was extremely professional and knowledgeable. It was a great experience.
My experience at Dr. Nunez' office was very good. Dr. Nunez was professional and had an easy going manner. I will definitely use Dr. Nunez again.
Dr. Nunez was great. He has great candor and bedside manner and seems knowledgeable as far as general practice is concerned. The rest of the office was full of nice staff, but they were very, very slow to get their jobs done. My wait time could have been halved if any of them were happy to be there.
This was the worst physical I ever had. The doc was very polite and the nurse staff is great, but.....Dr. Nunez barely examined me. I always have regular physicals, and my previous doc always look inside my throat, check the glands on my neck, look inside my ears, pressed on my stomach….you know, the regular stuff. Doc. Nunez didn’t do any of those things. He listened to my lungs, did my pap, gave me order for a mammogram, and charged me an office visit JUST because I asked him a question about colonoscopy. My insurance gives me a FREE yearly physical visit, but because I asked Dr. Nunez how often I need to do colonoscopy at my age, he deemed my visit more than just a physical because I discussed “health issues” asking about colonoscopy. What a foul way to do business. I will be changing doctors.
Dr. Nunez is very professional and I look forward to seeing him again in 6 months. Thank you ZocFoc this Dr. rates high with me..
Nice, look forward to having him manage my health.
Dr. Nunez was thorough and took the time to understand the problem. He seemed very cautious about dispensing antibiotics unless needed, which is a good thing.
Injoyed my visit the doctor was very professional.
He wasn't very thorough at all. The lady at the front desk really irritated me.
Dr. Nunez, was pleasant and as a new patient, went through my history. Gave recommendations and provided needed information. Staff was friendly, able to have blood work right in the office was certainly a plus. Glad to have found Dr. Nunez and staff.
The Doctor was quick and efficient and very respectful of the patient's time.
Very friendly and efficient front office staff. Dr. Nunez friendly and thorough, not much to go on because it was just a simple physical. Very impressed with the patient portal that I can access myself for test results and other information and communication. And the use of Zoc Doc helped me find this doctor, which was a seamless process and much more than I expected it to be with text reminders and email information. Also filling out the paperwork before the appointment to save time. I am very happy with the whole process and my new doctor!
As a nurse, I have a long list of doctors who I would never want to treat me. Dr Nunez is not one of them. He is professional, personable and most importantly, competent. I am thrilled to have found him and Grayhawk Medical Group and you will be too.
So professional and courteous. Everyone there really cared about me as a patient and dr Nunez was legit. I felt like he actually listened and wanted to help me.
Very personable and informative. I didn't feel rushed at all as I brought up a couple of past medical issues. Highly recommended
I went to meet Dr. Nunez as a new patient so this was a pretty simple visit. He is a very nice person with a very good bedside manner. We discussed me being a new patient with him and he was interested in my medical history. At no time did I feel rushed while seeing him. He gets a thumbs-up from me.
He is a doctor who takes his time to explain things to you. I am always at ease and feel confident in his medical expertise.
Dr. Nunez is always a pleasure and takes whatever time is necessary to address your concerns.
New Patient. At this point I have made a good choice picking Doctor Nunez as my primary Doctor.
Very nice and down to earth!! Very comfortable to discuss issues with
I really liked the use of the latest technology, e.g. patient portal, text, and phone based messages. I also appreciated Dr. Nunez frankness with respect to prostrate testing efficacy, and his suggestions to help me narrow down the cause of some annoying muscular aches and pains.
Setting up an appointment was a snap. The practice is friendly, easy-going (top-to-bottom). I couldn't help but notice several patients greeted by name as they came in the door with clear personal familiarity. The place is comfortable and casual, and they are super helpful (including re-faxing an order for my labs on very, very short notice when I forgot to bring the sheet with me). Dr. Nunez has a down-to-earth demeanor and is clearly thoughtful and detailed. He was very easy to speak with and delivered his opinions in polite, yet very direct/honest fashion (even on what some might consider uncomfortable subject matter).
great glad to finally find a good dr here in az
He did nothing for my pain but refer me to physical therapy, even though the pain is in my bones.... And all before even getting my X-ray results? He basically told me how he couldn't help me and gave me no options.
I was very pleased with my appointment with Dr Nunez. He took the time to explain his diagnosis and answer all my question.
Upon my first visit to Dr. Nunez the wait time was minimal and he was kind, courteous and punctual with my physical. He took the time to do a thorough examination and answered all my questions, which was appreciated.
I chose to go see Dr Nunez because of the other ZocDoc reviewers. I needed to establish a Primary Care Physician being a recent new addition to AZ, and I chose correctly. The staff was great, check in and paperwork were a breeze. Dr Nunez is a physician who makes you feel at ease and actually listens. You will find absolutely no egos at Grayhawk Medical and that is very refreshing. I look forward to having Dr Nunez and Grayhawk Medical as my go to medical professionals. Thank You Mike W
I have been a patient with Dr. Nunez for 2 years. Dr Nunez listened to my concerns, asked great questions and seems to take a very balanced approach that focuses on wellness and how the patient is feeling rather, than trying to rush you out the door. He seems genuinely interested in improving the lives of his patients. I have, however discovered the downside to this practice - basically, availability and reliability when it comes to responding to a prescription refill request. His office has a three day SLA, but in a situation when you lose your existing medication or have a pharmacy hiccup, this can mean you are really stuck till he is available to pay attention to the request. He also takes Wednesdays off, so this can mean you are put in a bad situation, and nobody else in the office can sign off on prescriptions. In general, I would still recommend Dr. Nunez but would recommend refilling prescriptions the week before you need them, just in case something doesn't work out. And if it's a medication you really rely upon, fill two prescription months so that you have a backup just in case.
Perfect GP, kind, to the point, no fuss, and a very pleasant person.
Seem like a very knowledgeable and nice guy.
New patient visit, I was impressed at the amount of time Dr. Nunez spent with me and his patient manner (if you pardon the pun :) Office staff were great too - kudos to Alex she's an asset to the team
No complaints whatsoever... He was very polite and knows what he's talking about
Professional, competent, and friendly.
I got in right away and the office was professional, friendly, and efficient. I would definitely go back again.
I thought he was very knowledgable and personable. I will continue to see him as my new primary care.
He took the time to listen to my medical issues and concerns. I was not rushed and I felt like a patient and not a number which is rare in medicine nowadays. I would recommend him to anyone.
Absolutely great! Very professional left the preaching stuff I know out. Ma was very sweet. Never felt rushed and would highly recommend this office. In fact made another appt with the other dr.
He spoke in layman's terms and was very thorough.
Great! Will be back next time!
The Dr was very skeptical about what I was telling him in regards to my cough and sinus problems. He hesitated giving me anything for my cough, as I told him that this had been going on for a long time now, and the otc mess didn't help my cough at all. When I got to th pharmacy with my script for cough medication, they called the Dr because I had filled here before two weeks earlier for the same cough medication. When the Dr heard that, he cancelled the script and I was left without anything for my awful cough, that I could not seem to get rid of. I had told the dr this as well. In the end, I end up going to an Urgent Care where they did an x-Ray of my chest and said I was very close to having t be hospitalized, as it had gotten much worse! Don't go to this Dr. He made me feel very uncomfortable, and his partner Dr Nicole, whom I had seen a week earlier, had been so nice and kind and understood how bad my cough was. Unfortunately, she wasn't there that day, so I had to see this lousy, short, rude, uncaring,dr. All I can say is, don't waste your time with him. He also kept me waiting about 35 min after the medical assistant took my vitals. All of this for nothing but humiliation at the pharmacy, and still a nonstop tickle in my throat without treatment! He was, to put it nicely, a mini sized pain in the but! I felt uncomfortable with him thr moment he walked into the room.
