Office was overloaded with Flu Patients so delay is understandable, but patients were taken in order they arrived with no consideration for appointment. I wasted my time making appointment as it's not used at this office. I waited 1hour and 45 minutes from my appointment time before I was seen and since I arrived early it was a full 2 hour wait. Appointment was not used and insurance info. I entered online wasn't used either. Complete waste of time.

All staff were welcoming, kind and curious. They related well to my 14 year old son. Follow up calls by staff and physician were greatly appreciated. We had difficulty obtaining antibiotic from our regular pharmacy. Dr. Detata assured us that we could return for a shot if we were not able to get his medication from another pharmacy when he called to relay impression from radiologist, which was pneumonia. Staff called days later to follow up on how he was doing. I would recommend these medical services to anyone.

Did not see Dr. Detata, saw Dr. Salvo. Dr. Salvo was fine, no problem.
Problem with office procedure. Made appointment for 2:30pm. Walked into a full office and staff person at check in looked at me like I was crazy when I said I made an appointment. She said look at all these people who were here before you, you have to wait. If my son wasn't feeling so bad I would have left.
What's the point of advertising to make an appointment and then not honoring it!!!
