Dr. Neil is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and provides Primary and Urgent Care in NJ through House Calls and Telemedicine. He earned his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine degree from NYIT College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his Residency in Emergency Medicine at Mount Sinai Beth Israel. With more than 10 years in practice, Dr. Neil has found the most fulfillment in being a champion for his patients by going above and beyond for each person.
As specialists in Emergency and Urgent Care Medicine, our team has extensive experience in evaluating, identifying, and treating all types of injuries and illnesses. Unlike a traditional primary or urgent care visit, we provide extended time to listen to you and deliver a comprehensive, personalized treatment plan. You won't feel rushed with our Mobile Medical Team.
We welcome all patients. All services are out-of-pocket; Dr. Neil does not file claims to any insurance provider. Using an insurance-free healthcare model provides his patients with earlier appointments, easy access, and price transparency.

The convenience of being able to schedule an at-home appointment and get results for a PCR test within a day is such a life saver. All it took was me running outside for a quick test. I was back at my desk within a couple minutes and 1 got the results the next morning. It's such a relief to be able to cut out the long, painful lines at Urgent Care and the 3 to 5 day wall for results. Grateful for this amazing service!

Where do I even begin? Words cannot describe how much Dr. Nell has done to improve the quality of my life and help me get a proper grasp on my physical and mental health. Seemingly always available for a call, video appointment, or a reassuring text, Dr. Neil has helped me tremendously manage my health anxiety, always listening with intent to what I say to provide the most thorough, thoughtful feedback. I've been working with Dr. Neil for just over a year now, and I have a much more positive outlook on life knowing Dr. Neil is on my side.

Dr. Neil was very communicative, friendly professional and flexible. He was able to accomodate us for a COVID test that same day, in our home, which we greatly appreciated. He talked us through the whole process and answered all of our questions. We will definitely be calling him again for future medical needs!

Dr Neil is an exception clinician who utilized his vast network of New Jersey connections to help arrange rapid monoclonal antibody treatment for a family member with COVID. Highly recommend for primary care or for his COVID services!

Absolutely incredible service with a very quick turn around. I was able to schedule a same day appointment. The nurse case right to our home double masked with gloves & shoe booties. We were both able to get tested within 15 minutes. I am looking forward to having this service done again in the comfort of my own home, no lines & no long waits! Highly recommend!! Thank you again for accommodating.

My child needed PCR Covid test results quick, and by far. Dr. Neil was the best choice. Would definitely recommend. Awesome bedside manner, very knowledgeable.

Dr. Neil is great! I spent more time speaking with him than any other doctor I've visited before. No waiting rooms, no need to leave your house, and an amazing experience working with him. Highly recommend!!

Dr. Neil's at-home COVID-19 testing was fast and incredibly convenient. He came to our home and offered warm and individualized care, answered all of our questions, offered proactive solutions, and provided our results within 24 hours. He also has a great bedside manner. I highly recommend his services!

Working with Dr. Neil had been such a night and day experience from my previous primary care experience. Dr. Neil gives you so much time and energy no matter when you reach out. I just had a call with him the other day and he spent almost an hour with me thoughtfully assessing and actually listened to what had to say. To be heard by a medical Dr. is unfortunately, not very common, so Dr. Neil is truly a GEM. His lens and approach are consistent with not just a PCP but all of your specialists wrapped in one. In the last 2 years of working with Dr. Neil, I have reached out for a number of worries or symptoms and Dr. Neil answers in a timely manner with such warmth. He is such a wonderful physician. His care team is professional and communicative. I highly recommend Dr. Neil and his team to anyone and everyone looking for convenient, comprehensive care.

What a great service! No waiting and fast results!!! Scheduling an appointment for Covid
testing was quick and easy, and my PCR test results were available in one day! Dr. Neil is incredibly personable, blending medical expertise with warmth and true care. Having worked with Dr. Neil in the Emergency Department for years, I was always impressed by his sincere compassion for patients and by his medical expertise, and have chosen him as my own doctor because of the quality care he provides. Great guy and a great doctor!
