Dr. Gil Machacek has been treating spinal related pain patients for over 35 years. He is uniquely trained and experience in the treatment of auto injuries, spinal related injuries, neuromuscular and skeletal complaints.
Dr. Machacek stands out for being part of the unique 2% of Doctors of Chiropractic who are Board Certified by the Diplomate American Board of Chiropractic Orthopedics (DABCO,1995).
He completed his undergrad at Cornell College, his masters degree from Southern Illinois University, and his doctorate at National College of Chiropractic in Lombard, Illinois around 1980. In addition, he trained and studied Acupuncture Meridian Therapy and Clinical Nutrition.
Dr. Machacek has also been working for 15 years with chiropractic rehabilitation/sports injury and personal injury.
From Illinois, he moved to Florida, where he was a part of the council of orthopedics from American Chiropractic Association and also got his Certification from Florida College of Chiropractic Orthopedics in 1996. Furthermore, since 2015 he has been a part of the Florida Chiropractic Physician Association.
Dr. Machacek also stands out when working with kids and teenagers. He was the team doctor of St. Petersburg High School and Osceola High School, along with St. Pete Sharks Football Team doctor.
