I went for an annual physical appointment but got sick and could not do any exams so the doctor told me she will reschedule to another day. I was surprised when I was billed for the actual annual physical exam and could do another since they mentioned that it was done. I was extremely disappointed.

Dr. Adams is the best PCP I have ever had, and she also handles well-woman exams which is even better because I'm comfortable with her and don't have the anxiety of seeing someone new. I really recommend Dr. Adams for anyone in the area seeking a provider who will look at the whole patient and not just one aspect.

I feel totally comfortable with Dr.Adams. I’ve been seeing her for a about a year now. Her service has been great. The only issue that I keep encountering is being sent to the wrong lab which in return cost me a whole lot of extra money. Before every visit I always have to ask to change me to the correct lab that is provided by the insurance. After each visit I have to than stop and have my labs reprinted because of course I have been sent to the wrong lab. Although it is an inconvenience, I think Dr. Adams is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Dr. Adams was wonderful. Took the time thoroughly review my medical history, provided excellent feedback and concrete advice on steps I can take to improve my overall health. I didn't feel rushed, or dismissed. This was my first time with a new primary care physician in over 20 years. (I had to leave the wonderful GP I'd seen for more than 2 decades due to relocation.) Dr. Adams was incredibly easy to talk to - obviously competent, but also personable and compassionate. Her staff (reception, nurses, etc.) were also incredibly kind and efficient. I feel so lucky to have gone from one amazing doc to another!
