The staff at this facility is HORRIBLE ! There very rude and nonchalant. But Dr.Massey is an Awesome professional overall very well mannered and respectful and gets the job done above and beyond. But again the staff you encountered before is DISRESPECTFUL and I'm searching for another doctor .

Dr. Massey is focused, thorough, and personable. She is calm and no-nonense about issues. Her all-female staff are also friendly and efficient. One made sure to point out that I was 2.5 weeks early for my annual b/c she was concerned about my insurance coverage (I had switched insurance).
