Giovana Rene Crooks, D.O. is originally from New York but completed high school and college in South Florida. She is a proud ‘Cane, having earned her Bachelor’s degree in Health Sciences at the University of Miami. She then returned to Long Island to study at the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine in Old Westbury, NY.
After graduating medical school she trained at Westchester General Hospital in Miami and then completed her family medicine residency at Broward General Medical Center in Fort Lauderdale.
Dr. Rene Crooks has been board certified in Family Medicine since 2006. She looks forward to working with patients to promote health and wellness. She is calm and patient and seeks to make every patient feel comfortable and understood.
Dr. Rene Crooks enjoys teaching skin care through her Mary Kay business, gardening, traveling and spending time with friends and family.

Very professional team. Dr.very approachable. But they have to work patients' waiting hours. I can understand some days very busy and Dr may has to spend extra time with certain patients. But still I really recommend the team has to work with patients' waiting time.
