The front desk needs to get organized and learn how to put in scheduling correctly.

Amanda Nelson is really very helpful and seems to really care. I will probably continue to go here for as long as I live in California.
Very polite staff, personable and friendly

Nurse Yuschak was very nice, attentive and overall helpful. She answered all questions and concerns honestly and politely unlike other psychiatrist experiences I've had. M She made it comfortable to ask questions and speak freely. Would definitely recommend.
Great!
I didn't feel like Dr. Zarrabi heard me out, and I felt like she was questioning my honesty with her. There was absolutely no connection. The Dr. Recommended a test, which I was willing to take, and I never got an apt for it, even after I called the office to see when I could schedule it. Amanda gave me a prescription, which was expected not to be covered by ins, but assured me after a process that I would get it. A week passed and I called because I hadn't heard from anyone about it, I called office again, and they said they were going to look into it. About a week and half later I called again and spoke with Amanda, she apologized, and told me she would personally take care of it. It's now been over a month, and I have not heard back from her, wow I've never had problems like this with any physician or office in my 54 years that completely dropped the ball, with no regard to what their professional ethics require. This is a psychiatry office, I feel practice like this is extremely unhealthy for anyone looking for help, guidance, therapy, and professional services.
The desk was busy, bombarded, but still efficiently tending to several people and were able to have me seen quicker than I would've expected. The only criticism I have is the out-dated computer tablet that they had me use to check-in as a first time patient was really awkward, slow and tedious to use. Maybe an iPad would be more efficient?
She is great.
