About Dr. Andrew Morrow
I specialize in the treatment of depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, thought disorders and a multitude of other mental health issues. Having undergone extensive training in medical school, and a psychiatric residency, I am well trained in both psychotherapy and medication managment of mental problems. Whether you are suffering from severe depression or anxiety or if you simply wish to work on a certain aspect of your social, occupational or familial functioning, I can help. Born and raised in Orange County, I am familiar with the stresses of living in this community, and would love to help you reach your potential. I have always been fascinated with human behavior, and personality One's early experiences, relationships, upbringing, losses, as well as successes all play a role in your current mental life. The specialty of psychiatry allows me to integrate these areas with biological therapy to help you attain optimal results. Rather than a traditional doctor-patient relationship, I view my relationships with clients as a therapeutic alliance and a collaborative effort. Clients are expected to take an active role in their medical decision making. My goal is to empower you to take charge of your health and achieve your goals. I do not accept insurance in my practice as I feel that insurance companies impose too many restrictions on both physicians and clients on the treatment that can be provided. Instead, I have my clients pay out of pocket for the sessions, and will supply you with a "super bill" that can be submitted to your insurance company for reimbursement should you decide to do so.

Patient reviews for Dr. Andrew Morrow
Very consistent, good professional connection. Has helped me with my situation quite a bit.
Dr. Morrow was very thorough. I appreciate the time he spent talking to me in order to determine a thoughtful plan going forward.
I showed up late but he was very accommodating and was very thorough. He was honest, kind and had a great sense of humor. I drove from Rancho Cucamonga to see him. So worth it. He also offers HIPAA compliant webcam chats for those that are far away from him. Well worth the drive!
Awesome doctor, very attentive!
Dr Morrow is a refreshing exception to the rule when it comes to the general quality of care (or lack there of) that I’ve often experienced when seeking psych services. I arrived to the office early and was actually seen early! His style is professional and he is personable and appropriately engages in cordial dialogue about clients experiences. He is very unassuming and does not display arrogance or boast of his vast knowledge and expertise; his skill speaks for itself. He makes a concerted effort to find a workable treatment approached based on a careful and deliberate consideration of a patients history and current challenges; that said, he doesn’t allow the patient to dictate or demand specific types of treatment. He is definitely not a pill pusher nor would someone drug seeking be happy with his professional approach. I am highly satisfied and impressed.
Dr. Morrow is competent and thorough.
Very informative, nice, and understanding. Will be back to see him for follow up.
Excellent Doctor. He has helped me more than anyone else in his field!! I am extremely happy with my treatments
Dr. Morrow actively listened to my concerns. We discussed possible causes and solutions. I felt that he respected my perspective and we reached a solution that was mutually agreed upon.
He took the time to listen. I didn't feel like he was a medicine Pusher! After a previous experience with another doctor that was important to me.
Almost two years of seeing this Dr. and I wouldn’t change seeing him for the world! Best Psychiatrist in Orange County, hands down.
He truly deserves more than 5-Stars! There’s not much left to say if you read the below reviews except, they are ALL true!!! He’s an amazing Dr. all around and I wouldn’t t choose any other over him.
His drive to help, empathy, and broad knowledge in Psychiatry and Pharmacology, are impressive. You can tell that Dr. Morrow really puts in his all to help his clients. Kind, funny, prompt, and caring is what sets him apart a from many other Psychiatrists.
Dr Morrow was very quick to get to the root of my problem. He reassured me that I would get resolution to my problem. He gave me the tools that I needed when I left his office to cope and learn to move toward wellness. I was very impressed with his empathy. Highly recommeded.
Persistent, patient, caring, and prompt. The only Psychiatrist I trust. (And will most likely ever trust.)
Dr. Morrow's knowledge is impressive as he skillfully questions you for understanding, looks for causes behind the symptoms, and considers the best treatment. His explanation regarding medicine and side effects was very informative and helpful regarding decision making.
Visit was interesting and felt it was going in the right direction.
A man who thinks he's George Washington has been seeing a psychiatrist. He finishes up one session by telling him, "Tomorrow, we'll cross the Delaware and surprise them when they least expect it." As soon as he's gone, the psychiatrist picks up the phone and says, "King George, this is Benedict Arnold. I have the plans." Joke aside, hands down, this Doctor is great in all that he does for his clients. A true hidden gem amongst all others.
A VERY patient, caring, and easy to talk to Doctor.
Best Psychiatrist in the business!!!
Great doctor who actually listened to my problems, came up with a treatment plan, explained his reasoning to me, and even went into detail showing me why previous medications may not have worked. Very easy to talk to, smart, and seems to really know his stuff. Highly recommended!
Dr Morrow is always punctual, very helpful and has strong medical knowledge.
There’s a reason this Dr. is highly rated. If you have any doubts about the reviews, just meet him once - you’ll never look for another Psychiatrist again. He’s a hidden gem - so don’t fall asleep missing out on someone who wholeheartedly cares for his patients. I don’t say this enough, but thank you Dr. Morrow!!!
There is only one doctor that I can attest is the best in his practice area of psychiatry and patient care ... and it’s Dr. Morrow. It’s hard in today’s health care system to find truly great care and practitioners who put the patient and your individual care and needs first ... he is that doctor! Having been under his care for years, this feedback has remained true of his care throughout my long-time as his patient. Thank you!
Worth every penny! Dr. Morrow is in the small percentage of Psychiatrists who cares about his clients, is very easy to talk to, great bedside manner, works hard to help his clients, extremely patient, responds to texts/calls in a timely manner, and above all - he’s not a pill pusher. Dr. Morrow is also very knowledgeable in Pharmacology, which to me is a very valuable skill.
Excellent bedside manner and very thorough. Highly recommend this doctor.
Dr Morrow’s visit was extremely helpful and I found him to be very easy to talk with in terms of what I’m experiencing. I would recommend him to anyone interested in their mental health and wellness.
It’s was great. Dr. Morrow was a wonderful listener and I am very hopeful that my condition will finally be under control.
Dr. Morrow has been my wonderful Psychiatrist for over two years. Dr. Morrow is a very professional doctor with whom I can absolutely count on. AND, lucky for me, he is also extremely patient when my hormones are not!
This doctor is well versed in medication modification. He helped me find my own treatment plan for my specific problems. My first visit went great!
I've been seeing Dr. Morrow for quite a few years now, maybe close to a decade. He was the first of many doctors I had seen that was able to understand the intricacies of my condition and provide a regimen that has consistently performed well without turning me into some type of "zombie" as regimens I had been on with previous doctors. He's a fantastic doctor who truly understands my personal needs and the medications available.
Dr. Morrow was professional, kind, knowledgeable and open to listening. Highly recommended. Thanks.
Great psychiatrist! No complaints! Been seeing Dr. Morrow for quite some time now, and he truly does go above and beyond for his patients.
Dr. Morrow is an excellent psychiatrist! Been seeing him for over a year and I can’t complain. He does his best to help you - you just need to want to help yourself, as well. If you’re NOT looking for a pill pusher but instead a Dr. who actually gives a damn about his patients - then this is the guy! I’ll be moving nearly 6 hours north next year and will still make the time to see him. That should give you some perspective. :)
Above and beyond the standard of care as always... a trusted professional in every capacity!
Stopped going to him when he didn’t return several calls to answer a simple question about a medicine refill. Seeing someone now that responds immediately via email.
Very professional and thorough. Highly recommend
I have never been to a psychiatrist before and quite frankly, I have heard terrible things about psychiatrists’ bedside manner and overall attention to their patients. Dr. Morrow proved those stereotypes wrong. He is a great listener and treated me with care.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Morrow for a little over a year now and he’s helped me more than he knows. He’s very easy to talk to. Maybe he just has one of those “hey, talk to me!” faces. He’s not a pill pusher. His collaborative approach is something I admire. If you want to get your moneys worth - this is the guy! He won’t disappoint!
Dr. Morrow was excellent, very knowledgeable and helpful regarding my senior father's aging issues. I would highly recommend Dr. Morrow. He was pleasant and made my father feel very comfortable speaking and opening up about very personal issues.
I've been seeing Dr. Morrow now for a number of months, and I have to say that he is one of the best doctors I have ever seen. You feel listened to, understood, and cared for. He has perspective and experience- he doesn't make you feel like another number in a queue because you're not. Besides, what other psychiatrist would give you their own handmade fidget spinner to help with your hyperactivity issues? Save yourself the time and just make the appointment. I have no regrets thus far, and I look forward to every appointment I have because I've never felt uncomfortable. Thank you Dr. Morrow.
it was my first visit but he seems really solid and very professional.
I enjoy meeting with Dr. Morrow and have seen him several times now. He is very precise and you can understand everything he tells you about your condition and the medication you are taking. He will answer all of your questions and make suggestions that are helpful.
Seriously the best he creates a safe environment!
He’s awesome and so accommodating. Makes you feel at home like you are talking to one of your friends.
Dr Morrow was the first doctor in a long time that I felt actually listened to me and cared. I really like that he does psychotherapy AND medication management. This made me confident leaving the appointment that we made the right decisions for my treatment.
I have seen Dr. Morrow several times now and feel very comfortable with him. He answers all of my questions and makes qualified suggestions concerning my treatment. Although the visit is only 1/2 hour his knowledge of how to help is quite obvious.
