Both Dr. Allouche and his office assistant (whose name I didn't catch--a warm and amusing guy) were super competent and very friendly. Clear explanations of procedures and billing, clean and bright office, and only few steps from Metro Center--would readily recommend Capitol Eyes to anyone.

Dr. Allouche and his staff were great! I walked in and was greeting kindly by everyone who worked there. I was brought in right at the time of my appointment. Didn't have to wait at all. Dr. Allouche was so kind, explained everything he was going to do and why, and then explained the results so I could understand them. As someone who has not seen an eye doctor in over 10 years, this office put me at ease right as I walked it. I was able to have my exam, choose glasses and have the lens ordered all in the same appointment. I would highly recommend!
