I paid 3 copays for the same problem and he gave me no help. He ran labs then referred me to a specialist (another 2copays there) who really did not know why I was there, so I saw Dr. Heigrick again and asked for xray orders, he agreed but later decided I needed to go to another doctor to get x rays ordered. Even after 2 phone calls to his office, he still refused to order xrays himself then just had his referral dept call me. My insurance does not require a PCP referral for specialty visits, so basically this doc did nothing but waste my time and money. Will never see them again.

I found Dr. Heigerick very friendly and personable, instead of hurry up lets go. He saw me for what I initially went in for asked if there was anything else we needed to discuss today and said he would like to set up for further visits for routine dr. visits. I asked about things that pertained to my husband as well and I believe I have found our new family dr.

Absolutely phenomenal doctor. From the time we walked into the office to the moment we walked out we were greeted with smiles and hospitality! Nurse Nikita I believe was her name, was VERY knowledgeable and caring! The doctor came in immediately after the nurse got all the vitals taken and was very helpful and concerned for my well being. Overall an uplifting experience I was diagnosed with the flu and can honestly say I feel much better after even walking out! Would recommend ANYONE that is looking for a FAMILY doctor.

Only problem I had is that the wait was too long. I arrived @ 10:30 and my appointment was at 11 am. The Doctor finally saw me at 11:45 am.

Dr. Heigerick is the best doctor our family has ever had. He sincerely cares. He knows a lot of treatments for muscle/joint pain that prevent trips to specialists. He honestly states when specialists are needed and has always given referrals to knowledgable physicians. Office staff & nurses are wonderful, too.

This was my first time seeing Dr. Heigerick and I was so impressed. I brought my 2 children with me (2 and 5) for my appt and the office staff and everyone was so nice. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND them.
