A little rushed, but seemed through. I would have been nice if the staff had been more helpful in where the labs were. I am new to the area and had some trouble finding the lab.

Dr. Hakkarainen was very polite, she gave me information no other Dr. Had given me she used terminology I was able to understand she listened to me, she made me feel very comfortable as a new patient.

Dr Gloria Hakkarainen is a multi-board certified physician (OB/GYN, Bariatrics, and anti-aging medicine) with a focus on complete women's health. She graduated with honors from Wellesley College with a degree in Biochemistry and Psychobiology. After working as a research biochemist at Harvard Medical School, she obtained her MD degree from Albany Medical College. Dr Hakkarainen completed her residency in OB/GYN at Jackson Memorial Hospital, where she practiced high risk obstetrics and learned to perform pelvic reconstructive surgery.
She has continued to further her knowledge base to bring high quality care to her patients by using the best weight loss and anti-aging medicine in a novel integrative approach. She currently serves as the President of the Palm Beach County OB/GYN Society, The Board of Trustees at JFK Hospital and has been featured throughout Palm Beach County as a popular speaker on various aspects of Women's Health. She is a regular columnist for VIVE Magazine's "Medicine and Miracles" Section and is a lecturer for the American Academy of Anti-Aging Medicine (A4M). Dr Hakkarainen is also an advanced laparoscopic gynecologic surgeon trained using the DaVinci Robot at JFK Hospital.
