Dr. Nejati was very nice and thorough but I had to wait 3 HOURS to be seen by him. Not worth it in my opinion since my time was basically wasted.

I've been going here for two years but after my 22nd appointment for this year today I do not recommend this office. The wait time is ridiculously long and the staff could really care less to show any hospitality. I will not be returning time for a new PCP.

I had to wait for a while, however it's worth the wait because his a great doctor, very professional, well experience, and kind. My suggestion is to make an appointment very early in the morning, however if you have to go in the afternoon, just make sure you sign in, ask how many people ahead of you and go have dinner, go home if your not that far away, otherwise enjoy some tv. ??

American healthcare is a joke. I had to book him because my primary doctor was booked for several days. I waited in the office for two hours before I gave up and left.
The doctor is nice but was a little condescending when I told him I needed antibiotics. He gave me a spiel on why antibiotics shouldn't be abused before looking at my throat, then confirmed I needed antibiotics — ya...thanks doc!

He is the best. Even though he has the busiest schedule he spends such quality time with me, explained everything to me and knew exactly what my diagnosed was and how to treat it fast. He is so kind to his staff too which is always a great sign of any great doctor.

The wait time is unreal. You have a office full of distressed, sick black folk and two receptionists who are daydreaming and mismanaging the entire office. I have never waited this long for an appointment, especially one where I arrived AT LEAST 1 HOUR earlier. What an utter shame, I could've died waiting for professional help. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE AGAIN.

Worth the wait. Very kind and helpful staff. Dr. Nejati is intelligent and courteous. It had been a long time since I went to the doctor and I had a lot of questions. He spent a good amount of time with me and made me feel comfortable. I felt like he wanted to help me get my health in order. Long wait to see him but it's probably because he treats all his patients with the same respect.

Unfortunately, my visit wasn't very pleasant. I got to the office 15 minutes early only to be seen an hour and a half after my appointment time. The doctor took a phone call while we were in the examining room together as if I wasn't even present and to put the icing on the cake, the nurse couldn't find a vein to draw blood from so she ended up fishing around for one leaving me in pain and anguish. But I will say everyone was very friendly and nice.

Being that I am a new pt there I can not fully rate the MD. However he was really nice, caring, informative and professional. One of the front staff/MA was very unprofessional. During my procedure she was on the phone the whole time while assisting me. I find that to be very unprofessional anywhere let alone a medical office. Overall I rate thus far 3stars.

I keep making appointments using this ZocDoc App and it seems like the receptionists don't check the appointments because the appointments are never confirmed. So, they tell you just to show up, then when you do it's like 5+ before you. I have been scheduling appointments for a few months now and never saw the doctor. They don't call you to tell you he's not in on the day you booked, so you show up and to find out that he's not in.... The Receptionist is rude and always seem to have an attitude. I'm finding a different doctor... I only saw this doctor once.

First off let me say this doctors office is horrible the smell of the office will make you sick to your stomach. The receptionist try to do there best so I don't blame them, but personally I feel like this doctor is a Con Artist. They claim they give appointments but that's not the case because it's a first come first serve office. I had an appointment for 2pm and wasn't seen by the doctor until 7pm and I only need results and a referral. Sometimes I don't really pay mind to reviews, but in this case I should have ran far and fast from a previous review that I read.. They were not lying I will NEVER EVER EVER GO BACK THERE EVER!!!!!!!!

I will NEVER go back to this doctor! I have been three times and each time I have had to wait over two hours. Today I was very sick and they had no seats available! I was told I could go home and they would call me when it was my turn. My appointment was at 1 and they called me at 4:45 pm! Luckily by then I had gone to City MD...avoid this place if you can! It's a shame because I like the doctor but can't stand the wait and the assistants who texted while taking my blood...

The whole office have an ethnic odor.
I do not know the people who gave him good review. Apparently it must be his international patients who wrote these reviews.
I have been go sporadically to this doctor since 2011 and the situation has been the same. He comes later and spend a lot of time on the phone doing patients visit... Run, run like a thief in the night.
