I enjoyed meeting with Dr. Jayasundera. His bedside manner is phenomenal. The office was very busy, but I do attribute that to it being the weekend. I will say that I did not have to wait long, as I showed up30 mins before my appointment and was seen promptly. Being on time is a must as the wait time can be long if you are late. Other than that, it was a great experience and I would go back.

Some of the best service and attention I have received ANYWHERE let alone in the medical world. Not used to having such a positive experience at a doctors office. From the kind front desk receptionist to the intake nurse who assistedme, and several other doctors I spoke to, I couldn’t be happier. There is a sense of genuine interest in your well being making this a family feel place. Don’t see myself going to any other doctor. The doctor himself, Dr. J, was warm, kind, and had a sense of humor. Very different from what I have experience in the past. If you’re like me, and hate doctor visits, definitely make this your place to visit. You won’t regret it.

The waiting area is very tiny and everything is old and outdated. But the staff is fast and efficient. The doctor was very nice and knowledgeable. The ekg and exam was fast and concise. I was in and out in anhour, which was amazing, considering everything that they did. I highly recommend this doctor.

I've been 4 times to this office in last couple of weeks month. Among 4 visits, one was for tests purposes. So my review is average of 3 regular visits. First visit was OK as there was nothing specific except hesuggested some diagnosis. It was quick despite they had difficulties with zocdoc appointment and asked to complete sign in again (long forms). 2nd visit was for stress test. Though I had to wait over an hour, total time was less than the estimate they provided (3 hours); so no negative points). During follow-up, I also had to wait (outside as their office was full and crowded; and it was very hot on that day) about an hour and then doctor went through some of the things so fast that I came home extremely confused. Overall he didn't spend even one minute to explain all cardiology (the original issue I've made the appointment for) and yearly blood works. I caught him again in stairs and said that I've some questions. He told to ask questions there and denied when I asked if I could sit in a room. So, to understand things (and to give another try; reason is below), I booked another appointment last week. Even though I mentioned I just want to ask some follow up questions, they did all formalities of regular office visit (no big deal). Then when I finally could see him, he again rushing. Hearing my questions, he was saying his nurse something like, "you could answer this question before I come; you're wasting my time, my time is very valuable". The nurse didn't introduce her (not even name) so I didn't know whether she was qualified to answer my questions. 2nd, saying to nurse in front of a patient, clearly means he was implying that to me. Even though, I would ask her if she introduced herself, I believe I went to see a doctor; not a nurse. Again, he didn't spend two minutes in total, rushing and answering my questions from door (almost leaving the room). Also when I referred to a previous diagnosis that I've done back in my home country, and a concern about that, he made joke about my country and said he doesn't trust medical and election system of my country. This is so unprofessional and inappropriate! He didn't even look at the report upon my several request. The office is semi-self service. I had to come downstairs, request what to do next! I even also had to ask them to take the co-payment. And the office is so tiny and so crowded that you'll want to get out of it as soon as possible. Also they said they'll mail some medicine which I haven't received in 2 weeks. Based on my experience I'm, probably, going back to my old doctor. I never had that kind of experience. However, there are some very good side of this medical service (which is the reason I wanted to give another try and made my 4th visit): - The doctor is very friendly. Just adding some more professionalism and care would make him a great provider. - The staffs are extremely well mannered. I would see he has the best staffs I've seen all time. They seemed to very nice and compassionate. Though above are some great perks and highly desirable from a provider; these are not the primary reason we go to doctor. So, I may not visit this service again in short time or unless I know it has improved. At the same time, I won't say anyone to not to go; it's up to you.

After much thought, i've decided to follow through with this honest review of my experience. Dr. Jayasundera arrived 30 minutes late to a full waiting area, and I was seen 40 min late. A hand written list of patients names wastaped to one of the waiting room doors, including my name. Patients, including me, waiting in the hallways. Possible HIPAA violation? Either way, extremely discomforting. During my ~3 minute blood drawing, at least 4 other staff members barged into the room to remove equipment or ask questions to the nurse holding a needle to my arm while I sat on the exam table. Can they not afford phlebotomy chairs with actual armrests? First time bruising from a blood drawing in my life. After my blood drawing, the needle and tube was disposed into a sharps container in the corner of the room. This container had capped needles and syringes full of blood, including my own, sticking out at least 2 inches of the opening and gum stuck on the sides of the rim. Have photos to prove this. At long last, Dr. Jayasundera rushed into the room. He is a friendly guy. Told him about a sinus issue, he joked about it, and prescribed me 2 drugs. He left after 5 minutes. I was told to wait in the hall for a chest sonogram and a cup for a urinanalysis. Funnily, I had to remind a nurse I was standing there waiting for a cup. Even more hilarious, she came back telling me that they ran out of cups! ok, forget the urinanalysis... Chest sonogram, went off fine, besides the 2 staff members who walked into the room to remove equipment while i lay on the exam table shirtless... After the sonogram, I was asked to schedule my follow up. Not at the front desk, no. In the hallway. While a staff member worked on a microsoft surface on top of an old cardboard air purifier box. In the hallway. One last thing to mention, while Dr. Jayasundera was on his way out of the exam room, he had the nerve to smile and remind me to give him a good ZocDoc review. I never went back for the follow up.

Dr. J and his staff are wonderful and professional. It's hard to find good doctors and he is one of the best. I will never leave this doctor. He's well worth the long travel I had to endure. He has awonderful bedside manner, he smiles, laughs and makes you laugh so that you're comfortable. They genuinely care about any concerns or questions that you might have. They do all the appropriate testing for your condition or complaints. They take their time in finding out your diagnosis and ensuring you have the proper medication. Whatever testing you want or may need he does it all which is really great you don't have to go elsewhere to have testing. The nurses on staff are excellent in all locations.

Not only was Dr J great, but the whole staff (and there are a lot of them) are great. Very kind, interested, and interesting team. They clearly enjoy working together and are genuinely interested in their patients (as I saw whenthey were talking not only to me but to other patients). More importantly, they are very knowledgeable and willing to explain. Best experience at a doctor that I have had in my 64 years.

Dr. Jayasundera was a very kind, knowledgeable doctor. His staff are incredible as well. Everyone was very attentive and caring. They moved quickly and efficiently. They also believe in follow up appointments to go over results if you would like, which I believe speaks to tremendously to their bedside manner.

HORRIBLE! This was the worst doctor that I have ever encountered. The office is tiny and dingy. I have had some serious changes to my health recently. When I expressed my concerns to him he basically ignored them. I was anew patient and he spent 3 mins in the room with me. I didn't even accept his prescription how could he prescribe me anything without properly examining me. I was very displeased and will never return.

Even though the front desk staff were horrible and very unprofessional. The frontdesk staff were greeting staff while eating their breakfast. After speaking to Kelly and Dr. Marsha I found out their opening a new office, My only advice is to bring in a more professional front desk staff.
