It was good to see that they offer a variety of other services but do not put pressure to the patient to get them as I have seen in other offices They were focused in my reason to visit them The doctor took the time to listen and explain what she was recomending ”

I’m very grateful for the care I received from Dr. Grace Velez. She took the time to really listen to me without rushing, and she carefully reviewed all my medical history to understand what was going on. Her attention to detail and calm, professional approach made me feel taken seriously and well cared for.
I was especially impressed by how knowledgeable she is and how quickly she acted to get me a referral to the specialist I needed. After several frustrating experiences with other doctors, it was a huge relief to be seen by someone who truly listens, understands, and cares. I highly recommend her.

I was upset only because this app told me not to eat 8 hours before my appointment and I didn’t eat for no reason because I wasn’t even able to get a blood test there.

Too early to give an opinion. During my first appointment the staff was really friendly but the Doctor did not speak too much, my appointment was extremely quick. Hopping it improved to next time!

The staff is well mannered and very friendly and helpful. The Doctor was highly incompetent. Not one word that came out my mouth she heard. Her ego is to big and patient care is out the door. Never in my life will I ever go back. Fair warning to everyone.

The entire staff was so kind and welcoming. I truly haven’t ever experienced this at a doctors office and am so grateful for the help I received here! I will definitely be coming back regularly
