I was admitted within 10min of my arrival. However, the wait time inside room to see the doctor was much longer. The doctor was behind his appointments.
The staff at the front desk requested my copayment before seeing the doctor. I did not fee this was good customer service. There is a sign that reads payment will be required when services are rendered. I also heard she tell one of her coworkers payment must be made before being allowed to see the doctor.

Very nice doctor and good treatment. Staff was friendly. Office not so great as was combined with an urgent care and trying to figure out which side to check in or out was confusing as I was left to figure it out and had to ask where to exit. Was yelled at across the waiting room that I owe a copay. Could have been handled more professionally. Over an hour wait was annoying.

I made an appointment with Dr. Caban after I suffered an injury on my left foot. He explained everything to me in a way that easy to understand. Even when I was informed that my injury required surgery, Dr. Caban made sure to put my worries at ease. Dr. Caban is an excellent doctor with exceptional bedside manners. I highly recommend him.

I have been a patient of Dr. Gregorio Caban for the past 2 months or so due to a fractured heel that was repaired by surgery. There are no words that can express my gratitude for my amazing experience with Dr. Caban and his staff. I never had to wait to be seen. They always seem to run on time, which is a huge plus for me! Everyone there is friendly, knowledgable and caring. They all made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Dr. Caban took his time when explaining my injury, the surgery, my recovery. I never felt rushed. Even if I asked the same 100 questions every visit, Dr. Caban would answer them every time. I highly recommend Dr. Gregorio Caban. I honestly have never met anyone like him. He truly is the absolute best ??

Dr Caban is wonderful. He listened to my description of the foot pain, explained the causes and symptoms patiently making sure I understood the situation, took me to see the X-ray going over the diff. Options and his recommendation and was very gentle and caring with the injection to my foot with the plantar fasciitis. I have a follow up visit 2weeks from now.. He was very good..

Great that he's on Zoc Doc. Dr. Caban was professional and knowledgeable.
I mentioned that his receptionist gave me an 8-page medical history packet to fill out, and I wondered if I could have done it on line. He explained that he's transitioning, compliance with EMR, and also has to be sure the billing is right. Very positive attitude, both medically and technically.
