The Doctor was great and so was the nurse that saw me. However, the receptionist was very poor. She did not communicate waiting time, what I needed to do to see the doctor nor was her attitude particularly friendly and welcoming.

I really enjoyed my visit with Dr. Rauch. I hadn't been to a physician in a few years and Dr. Rauch was professional, enjoyable, and very understanding. Great bedside manner and very receptive to questions/concerns. Front desk staff was great, but there was a strange 'registration' process that I had to go through because I had booked on ZocDoc. I don't mind filling out paperwork, especially not on a first visit to a new doctor, but the registration process seemed strange with this hospital group.
