I felt heard. My pain, concerns and experience were not minimized and were taken into consideration when treatment was given. Dr Vassilev had suggestions about my conditions that sounded accurate and I was given more hope for helping them going forward. In the 10 yrs I’ve been seeking help this is the first time I think I might have answers to my medical issues causing pain and relief.

We did a virtual visit - he's very efficient and very kind .. I've seen a series of 3 or 4 doctors not even willing to help or understand my pain . Highly recommended and can't wait for my MRI results to come back to continue recovery .

Gregory Vassilev, M.D., is a Diplomate and the of the American Board of Pain Medicine and the American Board of Anesthesiology. He is the Chairman of the Examination Council of the American Board of Pain Medicine has more than 25 years of experience in the fields of Interventional Pain Medicine and is internationally recognized as a leader in Regenerative Pain Medicine.
Dr. Gregory Vassilev earned his M.D. at the David Geffen School of Medicine at UCLA and completed a prestigious Surgical Internship and Anesthesiology Residency at the Ronald Regan UCLA Medical Center.
Throughout his life and training, he has studied Tibetan and Japanese medical arts, receiving empowerments and teachings from some of the most accomplished philosophers, teachers, and scholars of our time.
In addition, Dr. Vassilev exhibits a lifelong passion for extreme sports, including windsurfing, kite surfing, surfing, snowboarding, paddle boarding and car racing. Many athletes from around the world come and see him for care because of his understanding of the special needs they have.
Among his special interests are Neuromodulation and Joint Regeneration with biologics.
He is also a member of the Political Action Committee of the California Society of Interventional Pain Physicians. As a longstanding member of American Pain Society, American Society of Anesthesiologists, and American Medical Association he contributes regularly to our community.

Dr. Vassilev is a very warm and professional physician. His office atmosphere is pretty welcoming, friendly and supportive. I got thru registering swiftly with the help of the front desk staff, who told me that they will retrieve all medical information about me on their own and O just had to read, agree sign with date few pages.
Dr. Vassilev spent about 45-55 min at the first appointment during which he gave me and really thorough evaluation about movements, medical history, including physicians and past test results as well as medications. Sharing private information was unusually easy with this doctor.
I highly recommend this specialist to those who are suffering from chronic pain, in the midst of orthopedic surgery recuperation cycle or beginners, who just got the sense of discomfort from the pain, yet not sure about the cause or pending the diagnosis.

I thought Dr. Vassilev was very knowledgable and somewhat helpful. My only complaint is the very long wait time to see the doctor. I had a 10:15am appointment and was ot seen until after 12pm.

Had seen multiple other docs for knee pain. Dr. V did ultrasound and decided P.R.P treatment. Now I am 95% PAIN FREE! an amazing experience. THANK YOU!

Dr. Vassilev's extensive knowledge, expertise, honesty and caring nature makes him one of the best in his feild, while his determination to give his patients the best care possible makes him one of the best doctors I'ev ever encountered!

I have known Dr. Gregory Vassilev for about 25 years. He has always been there for me. He just completed working on my left knee using PRP treatment. My knee is like brand new, the pain is gone, and I am back to kitesurfing, towing and snowboarding.. Great doctor who actually cares.

I had an awesome experience with Dr. Vassilev. He was knowledgable, saw me promptly and followed up for a long period after my visit to make sure that the treatment had worked. I cannot say how positive the experience was.
