Dr. Gerace is super nice, I am a new patient here, and I felt welcomed. She was very patient with me, answered all my questions, I did not feel rushed compare to when I visited Cleveland Clinic!

Dr. Gerace is awesome. I would not go to any other OB/gyn.
Check in was easy. I was seen within 30 mins of my appointment time.
Only negative is the checkout. The woman had her frosted glass window closed and although I’m sure she was able to see me, she did not acknowledge me. Eventually, the woman who had checked me in helped me out.

The doctor was so nice! So helpful and kind. However, the front desk employee was quite rude and didn't make me feel comfortable as a new patient. She acted like I was a bother and shut the window with out letting me know it was ok to sit down . I was shocked that UH would have poor patient service providers.

I love Dr. Gerace. This was my second visit with her. She always informs me of everything she will be doing it before she does it. She always talks about what is going on in my life to kind of make things less awkward. She just makes a very uncomfortable visit more peaceful.

Very approachable woman. I didn't understand what I needed to complain about to her, and she didn't ask any questions that pertained to why I was coming to see her. I just asked for the well woman exam, I was a bit unsure how to communicate effectively with her regarding my personal issues.
Thanks for seeing me is all I felt, I didn't leave feeling I was thoroughly taken care of. I blindly found her office, then blindly stumbled through the halls to find the lab, and elevators, and etc.
Then when my results came back from my PAP smear she didn't notify me of the results I had to call and be persistent with her to obtain them and then deal with phone again to ask her to write a perscription and left several messages to be true of the occurrences just to complete my well woman exam, and my female worries.
