I have seen Gretchen twice In the Crown Point location since my Provider retired from Merrillville. CP is closer to home so that’s a win for me! Gretchen is always sonice and pleasant! Her bedside manners are outstanding! She’s so patient and she listens to me before assessing me for a diagnosis. She asks questions to get more information that I may not have thought of. She has won me over and I must say I am glad that I saw her and she will now be my new Provider. ts always so neat and clean. The FD is always helpful and pleasant. Acknowledge you right when you come up to the desk. Lauren in the lab is also very nice and I never feel it when getting blood drawn. The pharmacy employees were also very pleasant and thorough with explaining things. Everyone is amazing at crown point and I’m glad this location will be my new medical home!

I find Getchen Haney to be a wealth of information, VERY knowledgable, insightful and well rounded NP.
I can go anywhere with my insurance but my past experiences make me stay with the person I am most comfortable with.
I have no plans to switch. I think people should really consider Northshore when picking a family Practice especially with the ease of their services and is perfect especially for people who work and have to make appts.
I am extreamly happy with my past experiences there and all their services offered in the building especially the parmacy where I don't have to go pick up my RX at a different location. LOVE IT
