Dr. Guillermo Köhn MD, FACOG, FACS, is Board certified by the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology (ABOG), a Fellow of the American College of Obstetrics and Gynecology (FACOG) and Fellow of the American College of Surgeons (FACS).
His surgical interests include Minimally Invasive Advanced Laparoscopic-Robotic and Urogynecologic Surgeries, Pelvic Floor Repairs, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Excision of Endometriosis, and Hysteroscopy Sterilization. He specializes in the Medical Management of Pelvic Pain, Abnormal Uterine Bleeding and Obstetrical Care.
In 2004, Dr. Köhn moved to United States where he did his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Flushing Hospital Medical Center / Weill Cornell in New York City.
Dr. Köhn was born in Asunción, Paraguay, 1972. After graduating from medical school at the "Universidad Nacional de Asunción" in 1996 he started his residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at the "Instituto de Previsión Social" in his country. Concluding his training, he worked in the field until August 2004, when he moved to the United States.

There is no wifi in their Miami Beach office that was not great because I couldn't phone my husband for my 1st prenatal visit. There is ZERO service in their office and they said the wifi is "for the computers". The staff was not the friendliest. My insurance did not have the hospital I was visiting in their network and they were not gonna mention that to me until it was time to talk about the delivery of my pregnancy, they said that "it was not their responsibility to tell me this". Due to this is left the office to another doctor who came well recommended and that held visits at a hospital my insurance covered. I also got to their office early and was still seen at my scheduled time (30+ mins later), they didn't even advise this would happen, I hoped to pick my daughter from daycare but didn't make it. Overall the experience with the office staff was not one I want to remember, the doctors were very professional.

Im not one to write many reviews but wow, Im amazed by Dr. Kohn's bedside manner. His first priority is your comfort and he explains everything that he's doing really well. I had never been to a doctor with so much interest in having a good patient-physician interaction, until my visit to his doctor's office. The staff is super nice and the office is very nice and clean. I'm really glad my friend recommended him!

Amazing Dr, everybody was so informative including his assistant, I got a lot of information, leaflets on my pregnancy, a gift bag to take home and sample packs. I walked in anxious about my pregnancy but I left feeling so confident. He is very skilled at what he does.

I was a little nervous about having my annual done with a completely new gynecologist. Believe me when I say that every woman should book an appointment with Dr. Köhn. He has the best personality. Not only was he extremely knowledgeable about my case, but he even spoke to me before he started the annual so I would be comfortable. He is an expert at what he does and is compassionate about your well being as a patient. He walks into the room with a smile and makes sure that you leave with all of your questions answered. I highly recommend him to anyone that is looking for a new gyno. His assistant was also very kind, and walked me through the whole process.

I just had my first visit with Dr. Guillermo after having issues with gynecologists in the past. He is clear and kind, i would recommend him to my family and friends. I felt I could ask anything and he took the time with me as simply being a human, not making me feel as if I was just a number in a system.
I’ve never seen a male gynecologist but something in my intuition felt trust when I booked the appointment and I’m glad I listened to myself. My appointment was taken on time, his staff is lovely and my experience was wholesome.
