Incredibly nice staff. I was lost at first and called and was expecting to be told im late so I cannot come to my appointment and instead I was guided through how to find the correct garage and floor and I was able to find it and the person was so nice to me on the phone. Not a bad wait time at all and of course the doctor himself was great. He listened to me and my concerns and ordered some meds and tests. They scheduled my tests before I left and no issues with the meds and the pharmacy. 10/10 recommend.

Dr Novac has an excellent bedside manner. He actually LISTENS to your concerns and doesn’t try to speed you out of his time. The wait time to see him is not out of the ordinary for a sensible wait time so waiting about 45 minutes was a “bonus” because the visit with him was thorough. He is also very friendly and knowledgeable. I recommend him highly!

Dr. Novac may very well be the most generous doctor with his time that I have ever been to. He actually called me to follow up and to see how I was feeling.
