He is a very personable doctor. He doesn't use a nurse, so he takes you back to the room and checks your vitals himself. Benfore he does anything which requires him to put his hands on you, he says what he is about to do. I didn't find this necessary, but I could see where women, and maybe some men would appreciate the "heads up". Dr. Morganstern-Clarren is very focused on what he has to accomplish and what he needs from you during appointment. He does ask questions, and will certainly listen to you, but if you have something to discuss that is not directly related to the problem you are seeing him for, you will have to stop him and tell him, so or the appointment may be over before you get the opportunity.

The doc does his own patient rooming and Vitals. He is very kind and though I am sure I could stop him and ask him a question anytime, he is very quick to push things forward, I sometimes feel rushed. Maybe it's just me.

I have been going to Dr Morgenstern-Clarren for many years. I trust him implicitly and he is very kind. He explains his plan of action and answers any questions I have. He's the best. His secretary/receptionist is always very nice as well.

I was very impressed. Dr came to lobby to escort me into room. Very present and interested in answering my questions. I made appt for physical when I left. Asked about pneumonia vaccine, and he directed me to nurse so I could get it right away. In and out, including shot, in 30 mins.

Dr. Morgenstern-Clarren was extremely friendly and welcoming. He seemed interested in my health issues and had suggestions. Because I am a new patient, he asked that I return for a physical - which is reasonable. I did feel a bit rushed through my appointment but it's just the norm these days, unfortunately. I'm sure he will spend much more time when I have a physical.

I am always given an appointment immediately when I call to see the Dr. His work is always thorough and de mean of caring. He personally calls my home to check if all going well after seeing me to follow up. His referrals to other doctor's are on point. The staff always accomodating, pleasant!
