Dr. Francis' expertise include the prescription and management of novel weight loss medications such as Ozempic/Wegovy (Semaglutide), Mounjaro (Tirzepitide), as well as other established weight loss medications such as Phentermine, Contrave, Qsymia, and Saxenda. In addition, Dr. Francis integrates the lifestyle & behavioral coaching necessary to make weight loss permanent.
Your initial consultation is free! Should you chose to continue with the practice we charge an initial set up fee followed by a monthly subscription. The subscription includes regular follow up visits, medication prescription & management, remote monitoring, weekly check-ins and secure messaging directly with your doctor! We do not accept insurance for services.

Very detailed oriented advice and plans. The meal tracking helps to find out exactly how many calories / fats/ protein / carbs I'm consuming daily which shocked me at first, as I was way below my goals.
The workouts she assembles are very easy to follow and replicate or substitute to fit your needs.

Halley has changed my life forever. She taught me how to have a good relationship with food, she taught me how to eat without diets and still keep my ideal weight. I've always struggled with weight and binge eating and now I can finally say that I feel healthier and better than I have ever felt. Halley makes it easy to talk to her and meets you exactly where you are at

Dr. Halley was very good at understanding my fitness needs as well as my health conditions and put me on a concise program to meet my weight loss and fitness goals. Her weekly follow ups were concise and steered me in the right direction through my ups and downs and responded to specific questions. Her availability and feedback were crucial to my progress. Through Realistic goals,feedback, consistency and gradual behavior modification, I reached my weight loss goals in 3 months. Better yet I am now learning with Dr. Halley how to maintain that weight loss and improve my strength and fitness going forward. She combines doctoring and coaching to create fantastic body and mind health results.

Dr. Francis is an all-around amazing doctor. She takes her time to explain things and is so patient and understanding. She has a very relaxed and non-judgmental approach to both medicine and fitness. And she will push you when you need it. She is very humble and extremely knowledgeable and that becomes apparent quickly. I am so happy with my progress. Thank you Dr. Francis!

She takes the time to make sure her patients understand why we are doing what we’re doing and what goals we are looking to achieve. Her nonjudgemental approach immediately put me at ease.
