When I asked the M.A. if the wait time is always this long and her response was it's because I was a new patient. Other then that everything was great.

Very professional! Super friendly doctor and friendly staff...he took the time to explain to me what a previous gastro MD didn't. I like his demeanor and would definitely recommend him!

it was a good visit overall, seems like a really smart doctor. its a crowded office and they are strict about paper work.
I was very pleased with selecting Dr Kamran. He was very easy to talk to and very knowledgable. I highly recommend him.
I was frustrated sitting so long with no apology for the delay. It was very clinical without much of a personal touch.
The doctor is very nice however the wait time is ridiculous. I waited for about 3 hours!
Very likeable guy--he explains things clearly and helps me understand the results.

The doctor was more concerned about getting patients in and out, felt rushed.
Verified patient
He was very professional and very concerned about my situations.
Verified patient
Generally unhelpful. Gave off the vibe that he could care less.
Great doctor. Friendly and good at explaining things.
Verified patient
He was professional but it took two hours to see him

Need to update the actual address of his office. The text message I received was for his old address. He is no longer at 515 W. Mayfield. We ended up at the wrong location. Also would have like to have met with Dr. Kamran before proceeding with colonoscopy. For routine colonoscopy he lets his nurse get all the info and we will meet him the day of the colonoscopy

This was our first time using zocdoc and this provider. Not sure if we will use this office or this service again. They could not find my appointment once I got there. They did however make time for me so that was good. But one member of the office staff could use a customer service class. She made us feel like we were bothering her. It made the visit very uncomfortable.

I found Dr. Kamran and his staff to be very professional. My only complaint - It takes forever to get a second appointment. I was supposed to have a follow up 2 weeks after my colonoscopy, but the soonest I could get in was almost a month away. And they called yesterday to reschedule even further out.
He is a very good doctor.

I have been dealing with IBS for over 20 years. Lately, I have had extreme discomfort and pain which is affecting me personally and professionally. I was hoping to finally get some relief and answers. I sat for almost an hour waiting for the first exam. He didn't ask much about my medical history or me personally. He ordered 2 tests and left spending less than 10 minutes with me. I didn't feel like that was long enough to get an idea of what could be wrong. I had my follow up appt. yesterday and waited 1 1/2 hours to see him! There was no apology for his making my girls and I wait. He said my results were normal and wanted to send me away with a prescription. I felt like there was no compassion, sympathy, or desire to continue trying to figure out what's wrong. He wants to see me in 4 weeks - NO WAY!!!

There was a mixup with my original appointment, but the doctor and office were extremely accommodating in fixing it. I honestly haven't been to a doctor's office that was so wonderful in a really long time. Definitely recommend this office.
I appreciated their office for getting me in because they did NOT have a confirmation of my appointment even though this website provided me with three confirmations/reminders of this appointment.

He focuses on the reason you are there, what to do and how the best way to handle the problem, illness, Afterwards. he handles the situation very professionally and yet caring. He takes time to explain and care. This is vitally important.
Verified patient
Dr. Kamran was very nice, professional, and explained what was going on in a way that didn't feel like he was talking down to me.
