Dr. Fam is great and listens to your needs BUT her secretary (Ann) is horrible which is why I gave the office a average review. Ann doesn't answer the phone, she always cancels appointments VERY last minute, she is rude on the phone, She is NOT helpful to accommodating your needs. Yet she feels it's ok to cancel 30 minutes before an appointment but then it's like pulling teeth to reschedule. Dr. Fam advise: Get a NEW SECRETARY...PLEASE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
