“Wonderfully client-centered yet does due diligence with reminding me to choose healthy habits and practice self-care (he's is supposed to as a medical provider right?). I do not feel demeaned with his regular reminders since he doesn't induce any shame. He is also reassuring to be not be too hard on myself. Overall, I feel like Tran does a great job of partnering with me as his patient for balancing my care.”

“I was assigned Hieu for medication management and have been very satisfied with how he approaches the topic of treating my condition. He is friendly and straight-to-the-point with a direct approach to service. He answers all my questions about the prescription(s) and explains everything to me very clearly. I highly recommend him for patients that like to have a good grasp of their treatment, but need a guiding hand in getting started.”

Payment is due after each session and will be charged with your card on file for any portion of patient responsibility. Receipts will be provided at the time of the charge. This typically takes place 2-4 weeks after the session, once your insurance has had a chance to process the claim. We try our best to verify eligibility, but it is ultimately your responsibility to check coverage and out-of-pocket costs for services. For out-of-network visits, you will be billed at the provider’s self-pay rate, and we can provide an invoice for you to submit to your insurance for potential out-of-network reimbursement based on your plan’s benefits
