I was very impressed with Hannah's knowledge of my past medical history. Its clear that she spent time before our first appointment reviewing my past medical history. She had a wonderful bedside manner and was up to date on all of the latest recommendations for my condition- but she still took my concerns seriously and answered my question without rushing me out of her office.

I always see Dr. Katapes (20 years now!) but when he was out of the office recently I got to meet his Nurse Practitoner Hannah. She was very pleasent and easy to talk to. She was able to get me the prescription for the antibiotic I needed and told me she talked with Dr. K anytime she had a concern about a patient of his so that put me at ease knowing she could contact him if needed. She was great!
