Saw me on short notice for an ADHD consult. Seemed genuinely interested in what would be most beneficial to me but I also felt that he didn't trust me when I recounted my medical history and current status regarding ADHD ( I've been successfully treated with the same regimen for 4 yrs now but had a lapse in insurance, hence the new doctor ). Refused to give me my normal dosage for some reason.

When arriving at the practice, I was slightly worried as the outside of the building is not very inviting. Once inside, I was greeted by a nice receptionist and was ask to take a seat. The waiting time to see the nurse who took my vitals was less than 30 minutes and another 5 minutes to see Dr. Nguyen.
Dr. Nguyen was very nice and professional and after 10 minutes I was on my way again.

I left early enough for my appointment. However, was unable to find the facility. My appointment was at 9am and the facility did not open until 9; I was like how can a place open at 9 and have a 9am appointment. Someone should have been in the office early. None the-less the Staff member called me back and directed me to the location. She was very nice and helpful. After I was screened I did have to wait an additional 45 minutes. However, once the Dr. came in the room he was very thorough and helpful. Awesome bedside manners! He provided informative information more than the doctors I've seen at the VA. I recommend him and I'm keeping him as my PCP. No complaints this far!

I have been seeing Dr. Nguyen for a little more than a year now, and he is one of the nicest, caring Drs. I have ever had! He always takes his time with me, never rushes the way many Drs. do. He is always interested in how I feel and am doing.

I initially tried two other doctors before I called Dr.Nguyen's office. I had to go through automated systems and wait long times before I could even get to speak to someone. When I called Dr.Nguyen's office I was immediately answered by a HUMAN! She was very nice and polite and to my surprise I was able to be seen that very same day at a time that was convenient for me. I received a text to check in online and found that convenient and easy to do. I happened to be about 5 minutes late to my appointment and phoned ahead. When I arrived I expected to have to wait another 30-45 minutes but was delighted when I was taken in after signing the forms I had filled out online earlier. Dr.Nguyen was great and had a wonderful bedside manner. He listened attentively and I felt like he was genuinely concerned and I did not feel like I was another dollar like I have felt with other doctors in the past. He and his staff are great!

With the patient, there is no rush to him and he always take his time to explain and answer thoroughly for patient's concerns.
He finds the right symptom each time I visited to his office and I got the right medications for my sickness and that's why I normally get recovered quickly. He is a professional Medical Doctor.
