Mirriam is a pure ANGEL. There was a mistake with my insurance and she let me see the doctor anyway. I NEVER EVER went to an office that did that and that was so nice to me. They usually wouldn't even look at me and probably not even tell me to leave or that I even exist. I was really blown away with how kindly I was treated by both Dr. Bendelstein and Mirriam. Not only that, but the doctor was also interested in what I had to say! I told him about how my ears are shot because of scuba diving and we had a fun convo. I was really happy with all the kindness I received that is almost non-existant in NYC. I came from Brooklyn to Far Rockaway too, it was the only time I had and he was the ONLY doctor open on a Sunday. Really really impressed

Office is really small and seems unkept and unprofessional. However the lady at the front desk is very nice and helpful. I went there complaining about my ears and he basically ignored what he said and stuck two long sticks up my nostrils, gave me a prescription and thats it. It was just a weird visit. I will not return.

I was very impressed with the service I received at the doctor's office. I was out of the office 15 minutes after my scheduled appointment and my issue was fully addressed and the doctor was able to help right away. Very pleasant experience visiting this office.

HORRIBLE!!!!! DIRTY FACILITY. HE WAS BREATHING ALL IN MY FACE THEN GRABBED MY FACE WITHOUT GLOVES. I ASKED HIM TO PLEASE PUT ON GLOVES AND HE DIDN'T. I TOLD HIM I WAS HAVING A HARD TIME HEARING, HE IGNORED ME. AT THAT POINT I GOT OFF THE CHAIR AND WAS READY TO LEAVE. HE TOLD ME HE WAS GOING TO PRESCRIBE ME SOMETHING AND HE WANTED ME TO SEE HIM IN A MONTH. I TOOK MY STUFF AND LEFT. DO NOT GO!!!!!! GROSS PLACE AND GROSS MAN!

Not very sanitary.. had instruments in a ziplock and wiped them off after use with rubbing alcohol... in not sure if that's the way it's supposed to be cleaned or not but it didn't seem too sanitary

He diagnosed my problem, and explained it to me and gave me a prescription. It will take a few days, or more, to know if his diagnosis was correct.

Found the office to be very small, not professional looking.
Chairs in waiting area were not accommodating for large bodied person.
Doctor did not introduce himself or wash hands before touching patient. The wife/secretary kept coming in and out of the examining room and giving her opinion.
Overall not a good experience. What I came for was not addressed.

When I walked in and saw that the patient apppintment sign in sheet was behind, I just sat down and took a nap until I was called. The time with the doctor and his diagnosis was about 5 to 7 minutes, then he handed me a prescription slip for apparently an over the counter drug that unfortunately was not covered by insurance.
